The 2 day trip to Akagera was absolutely amazing! I saw so many birds on the boat cruise, and everything from a leopard to a rhino and antelopes on the safari drive. Patrick R was so kind, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, it was such a pleasure travelling with him ???? I would absolutely recommend travelling with Hermosa, they are fabulous!

Most incredible bucket-list trip thanks to our wonderful tour guide, Damascene! We spent 4 days in Rwanda including 1 night in Kigali and 2 nights at a lodge near Volcanoes National Park where we did the Gorilla and Golden Monkey treks. Booking with Hermosa was easy and they were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. The payment process was easy and reliable. Another shout out for Damascene who went out of his way to ensure we had the best time! He is so knowledgable about Rwanda and its history so we really enjoyed asking him questions (and chatting about the football!). He also ensured we felt comfortable and safe throughout the trip and went out of his way to show us a bit more of Kigali as we had a very late flight to catch home and had time to spare. Thank you Hermosa and Damascene for a wonderful trip to your beautiful country!

We just completed a five day tour, visiting the safari park, gorilla trekking in Unganda and Golden Monkey trekking back in Rwanda. Great communication with Yvonne prior to the tour, fast replies and set up a tour exactly to our wishes.
Our highlight of the tour was however our guide and driver, Gordon. You can't find a more perfect person for this. We can never do a tour again without him. Highly recommend both Hermosa and Gordon, you are in safe hands.

Ii was an incredible journey with hermosa life. Every details of my tour was on point, I just had to enjoy. my guide Baptist was very adaptive and good photographer. Go with them eyes closed ! Such a relaxing time
