nobody on any other review has mentioned the enormous construction site directly across from the hotel. Every morning at 8am there will be loud construction noises. Impossible to sleep past 8am.

Very BAD SERVICE. They cancelled my booking THE SAME DAY we were arriving. (27TH DECEMBER). It was VERY DIFFICULT THE SAME DAY TO FIND SOMETHING AFFORDABLE. They sent a message saying that "the price they offered in the web the day we booked it was INCORRECT".

Hotel en el que vale mucho la pena hospedarse, hotel super limpio,muy bien ubicado,el personal atento en todo momento, cuando vuelva a Lisboa no dudaré en hospedarme en el nuevamente.

My mother and her boyfriend had reservations at the hotel. I spoke with them a day before that I would arrive early morning to Lisbon and if they would have any waiting room where I can wait for my relatives to wake up, which they said I can wait in the lobby. When I arrived the next day and told this to the receptionist he said he couldn't find their rooms even though he has a unique name and wouldn't offer to wait in lobby as they told me over the phone. I had to spend two hours walking outside in the cold at 5:30 am.
