El hotel está muy céntrico, buena limpieza y la atención de recepción genial y ningún problema con el idioma.
En el baño cambiaría las bañeras por platos de ducha o pondría una barra para sujetarte ya que al entrar resbala un poco y al salir está alta, para una persona mayor, mal.
Los colchones necesitan un cambio.
Que haya cafetera en la habitación es todo un detalle.
El desayuno completo, solo fallan en la fruta que es escasa.

Smells very bad specially when it’s rain! Location is amazing and great! But service was ok! U have to ask if u need or refill something it’s not automatically refilled even though it said it’s complimentary but u have to ask for it!

International design hotel was definitely worth its stay! It’s located in one of the best spot. It’s just across the road from the tour bus, taxis, Ubers, tram and metro! It’s in the hub of some fantastic restaurants including the hotels restaurant which is by far one of the best with beautiful fresh food. Our stay was with breakfast included, breakfast was amazing, great variety and all with amazing service. The service all throughout the hotel was so welcoming, from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeepers. Unfortunately I became very unwell in our trip and they were very caring and brought some chocolate up to my room for comfort and always asked if I was feeling better. We also had to move around some days as we had to cut the trip early and they were more the happy to help us work through it and get us some more rooms with lots of patience and a happy caring attitude. Overall this would have to be the best hotel I have ever stayed at!

Another employee, David, deserves mention as well. He saw us struggling with the front door w our luggages and came to help us.
Our room 301 was clean, and smoke free and comfortable. We definitely would choose to stay here again.
