Albergo super ricercato. Materiali di recupero miscelati in in modo strepitoso.
Menzione particolare per le camere da 5 e da 6 persone. Una rarità.
Buona la colazione.
Piscina e bar sul tetto sono veramente uno spettacolo.

A local friend arranged a night for us, but the incompetent staff made it so arduous to check-in, insisting that my friend needed to fill out an additional PDF form and passport scan, despite the booking already being pre-paid and nonrefundable. My friend was cautious about sharing her credit card details on an unsecured PDF, and they refused to confirm this with her over the phone, despite having all her contact details. They insisted it was my responsibility to arrange this with her, otherwise they would keep the payment and not let us check-in. I gave them my credit card that they did not want to accept, giving no reason. We wasted 3 hours dealing with three clueless staff and, in the end, their manager came and was equally as lost. My friend lost her booking and we ended up finding an alternative. Stay at your peril.

Caution: They lied in their response. All my friend's details was on their system, but they refused to contact her. She was not impressed that they demanded her share to her card details on a unsecured PDF form that could easily be seen/scammed. They didn't permit her to allow her to simply confirm all these sensitive personal and credit card details over-the-phone, and continued to refused to contact her. This booking was paid in-advance, as a non-refundable booking, so all of this process makes no sense. I travel for work all the time, with someone else making the booking on my behalf, and this is the first I've experienced this lack of proper training. We found another better/cheaper hotel and I tested the same thing (with my girlfriend booking and me checking in) and it was seamless. Please train your staff property.

Nice rooms, good service, price is ok, but they need to put slippers and a minibar in the rooms!!

Então, parece que transformaram uma fábrica antiga em um hotel, até aí tudo bem, mas sinto que falta algo, quarto pra dois sem uma cadeira ou poltrona, sem tv, a decoração um pouco confusa, enfim...mas os recepcionista for simpáticos
