THE LEAF BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 1-4 marzo 2023, il posto è pulito e accogliente. Colazione abbondante senza sprechi,si ordine direttamente ció che si preferisce mangiare. Personale molto gentile.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Lissabon, sehr zentral gelegen. Täglich wechselndes Frühstück, das direkt am Tisch serviert wird. Sehr hilfreich bei speziellen Wünschen. Am Abreisetag wurde uns in Lunchpaket hergerichtet.

Zimmer sind sehr klein aber fein, wobei wir nur zum Schlafen das Zimmer genutzt haben.
Hotel bleibt Ihrer Linie bezüglich Nachhaltigkeit treu.
Schapo, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Gorgeous Boutiquen Hotel in a great location to explore Lisbon on foot. The service personnel is flexible (we were allowed to check in two hours prior to the official time) and very friendly. The rooms are small but tidy and have all amenities. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. I didn't use the gym, but it is good to know there is one. 100 % recommended! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

From the beginning I've had a feeling the room is really small, but I wasn't sure - it was supposed to have 18 m2. But after we went to another hotel where the room has 17 m2, but has almost the double size, I was sure they gave a much smaller room as we paid for. Another story is the breakfast - you get much less than you see on the photos on their booking page! see the enclosed photos - you can see what they promise and what you actually get. Also you get yesterdays buns and for the fried eggs you have to ask 3 times. Last but not least - the cappuccino is served in such a big cup and they probably top it up with water, that it has no taste. Also the toilet is a joke - an average man has really no space.
If the hotel was for €50 per night, I wouldn't complain at all, but it is a hotel for €150 per night, says it has 4* and the rating is 4.6. That simply isn't true and you don't get what you pay for. And the breakfast is just a joke!

Edit to the hotels feedback: not true you didn't receive such feedback during my stay. I've asked the desk if they are sure about the rooms size and I was assured it really has 17m2, what I've booked.
About the breakfast - what shall I do more than ask for something three times and leave the cappuccino full. The stuff should have asked about my satisfaction - they did not and I'm not that type who would complain because of bad breakfast to the manager. Btw: you find the breakfast you serve according to the photos? Don't say yes, please ????.
