After dinner, me and my wife went here for a glass of wine. Seeing the menu, we also wanted a tiny bit of cheese but despite ordering only two glasses of wine and the small cheese plate, they brought us a full bottle and a big cheese plate to share. Maybe we should have been more aggressive and explained that it was not what we ordered but at first we were unsure as they only poured up very little in our glass. The quality of the food and the wine was good but still very dishonest behaviour.

We are so thrilled to have stayed here even it’s only for 4 nites. The service is top notch especially João at front desk and Solange and Silvia at the dining restaurant. Joao is very caring and helpful and takes the initiative to check with us if we r enjoying the hotel and he makes things comfortable for us when we have a genuine concern. Solange treats us with care and grace and not just another dining guest who comes her way. Both Solange and Silvia remembers our regular requests and just brightens up our day with their smiles!
The breakfast spread is reasonably sufficient and the breads especially the rye bread is tasty. I especially love to sit at the balcony in the afternoon. The view is lovely.

I HIGHLY recommend staying in this hotel! AMAZING staff that really care about your stay there, very elegant interior design, AMAZING breakfast, EXCELLENT location, and a SPA inside - is a great bonus. If you want to treat yourself - this is a great choice to stay! (P.S. The host Bruno was amazing, so kind and attentive - thank you!)
