Muy limpio y céntrico. Las dos chicas que nos atendieron muy amables.

Leuk hotel voor een citytrip. Makkelijk te bereiken met de metro en bus vanaf het vliegveld. Kamer goed. Gastvrij. Veel trappen. Pal in het centrum.

Wir hatten das Zimmer 19 mit direktem Blick auf den Elevador da Santa Justa. Das Zimmer ist sauber, leider gibt es im Badezimmer keine Möglichkeit (Haken), wo man ein Handtuch oder ähnliche aufhängen könnte.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Am Abend ist die Musik der umliegenden Restaurants und Cafes bis in die Nacht gut zu hören. Der Frühstücksraum ist zugleich die Rezeption, welche nur über Stiegen zu erreichen ist.

Room was cleaned each day and bottles of water left.
Usb ports in the wall. Comfy bed & pillows.
The only issue I had was the baby elephant in the room above. I went up and asked her to walk like a fairy not an elephant.
There is some road noise if this is likely to be an issue for you.
I'd happily stay here again.
