The hotel staff (particularly Yasoja and Fernando) did an awesome job to create a calming atmosphere from the moment we arrived (crucial after a long day of travel to get to Lisbon from the US). Our time there was brief but each time we popped into the lobby Yasoja was there with a smile and recommendations (he seemed to be there around the clock!). The hotel was located in a cool area with plenty of restaurants nearby, would highly recommend.

This is my second time staying at Lisboa Pessoa Hotel and really enjoyed my stay again. The location is excellent, the breakfast is amazing - so much to choose from and the food/menu at the restaurant is top quality. The gym and the spa facilities are also excellent! The staff are welcoming and polite and the service is great. I have to say a big big thank you to Yasoja!! I came in August 2023 and again this year from 13-15 Feb and he recognised me straight away and welcomed me back. Yasoja is so genuinely kind, approachable and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as it could be. He always gives good recommendations of where to visit/eat and always says hello and makes conversation. Thank you to the hotel but especially to Yasoja for all your help and making me feel so welcomed. I will definitely visit again soon! :-).
