We booked the cheapest room for a week's stay and got the most luxurious room.
When we returned for another night, they surprised us with an exceptional room that includes a balcony overlooking the city and other luxurious surprises.
We definitely received exceptionally dedicated and pampering care.
Excellently located, quiet and accessible by transportation, restaurants and attractions.
Clean, available and kind. A rich and tasty varied breakfast.
It is recommended that those staying at the hotel on Friday go on the free interesting scholarly tour organized by the hotel "following the poet Ferdinand Pessoa".
The only problem is around the shower: a little outdated, and a little less comfortable than the rest of the hotel's facilities.
Without a doubt we will happily return to the hotel on our next stay in Lisbon. We received warm recommendations for the hotel and will continue to recommend it.
