Le personnel de l’hôtel est jeune dynamique et très poli. L’hôtel est idéalement situé. Petit bémol sur l’accessibilité des chambres une fois que le Rooftop est ouvert. Les deux ascenseurs sont très encombré. Il est difficile d’entrer ou de sortir de sa chambre. Il faudrait peut-être qu’un des ascenseurs soit réservé, uniquement aux résidents de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est super, à condition de ne rester que peu de nuit, il ne change pas d un jour à l autre …

Obsessed with this place! I was a little bummed out the evening I went in because my travel partner was sick so I was eating alone, and the whole vibe of this place turned my night around. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was so vibrant, and the staff were all so kind and friendly. There was fantastic live music as well! Loved this place, definitely worth a visit.

CARGOS EN LA TARJETA SIN AVISO y SIN CONSENTIMIENTO. Mi reseña va referida únicamente al restaurante. Contratamos y pagamos por adelantado (tenían los datos de la tarjeta) un menú para 23px. El servicio en general correcto pero nos quisieron cobrar unas bebidas que estaban incluidas en el menú contratado. Aparentemente esto quedó solucionado tras hablar con la manager. Al día siguiente vimos que se nos había cargado en la tarjeta una cantidad que ni sabemos a qué corresponde, ni nos avisaron de ese cargo, ni quieren ponerse en contacto con nosotros para darnos las explicaciones pertinentes a pesar de los numerosos intentos por nuestra parte.
HAY MILLONES DE RESTAURANTES EN LISBOA DONDE OS VAN A TRATAR DE FORMA HONESTA. NO VAYÁIS A ESTE.

I recently dined at Mama Shelter with 20 more friends and unfortunately, my experience did not end on a positive note. While the dinner itself was good I was shocked to discover unauthorized charges on my friend’s credit card after that night. Despite numerous attempts to contact the restaurant to resolve the issue, they have failed to answer their phone. This lack of accountability and communication reflects poorly on their customer service. I strongly advise caution when dining here as their disregard for customer matters is concerning.
