This hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of the Baixa District (Rua Agusta) so we were able to explore nearby attractions. There were also a lot of excellent restaurants nearby (the ones in the back alleys, not the ones on the main street!). The hotel staff, both day and night, were all very nice, lovely and welcoming. The welcome wine and tarts provided at check-in and whenever we would enter the hotel were lovely added touch that we appreciated so much. They also provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine as they discovered that my partner and I were celebrating our 10-year anniversary. The rooms and the elevators are smaller, but we did not mind that at all as the ambience made up for it! We fell in love with Lisboa and this hotel so we will definitely be back!

Hôtel bien situé au cœur de Lisbonne. Les chambres sont propres, le personnel est adorable et le petit déjeuner est complet. En revanche, rue désagréable : démarchage touristique à en vomir : vendeur de drogues, restaurants, vendeurs de contre façon. Et énormément de bruits le soir les vendredis samedis dimanches. Pourquoi l’hôtel n’a jamais fais remonter à la municipalité tous ces problèmes ?

Ótima localização! Mas a rua não tem trânsito de carro. Ou seja, tem que andar um pouquinho com as malas na estrada de pedras. Estadia otima

We loved this cute little hotel! The people were so kind! We told them we were there for our honeymoon and they made us feel very special. It was adorable and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Lisbon!
