You can't fail to love a hotel which has port and pasteis de nata available at all times! The location is excellent, close to Baixa-Chiado and Rossio metro/train stations and tram stops for the 12/28 through Alfama and 15 to Belem. Despite being located on a busy pedestrianised street we experienced no exterior news at all. The breakfast buffet had enough variety to set us up for the busy sightseeing day ahead. Our 3rd floor room was simply decorated, with ample storage space and a comfortable double bed. The staff were exemplary, always friendly and helpful

Localização mais que perfeita para quem quer conhecer a baixa de Lisboa. Staff super simpático e prestável. Sem nada a apontar, para repetir numa próxima visita à capital

Stayed for 2 nights pre cruise. The room was quite small but fine for 2 nights.
I chose the hotel due to the central location which has positives and negatives. The main negative being noise late into the evening.
We were able to check in early and store our luggage for a few hours after checking out.
The staff were all friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay here. In the heart of town with so many great district within walking distance including the river front. Welcome on arrival was incredibly friendly. Little parties and local wine available for free in lobby. Rooms are fun. Enjoyed my stay.

Wow, great little hotel right in the heart of Lisbon.
Great staff! Ives, Jessica and Eric made the stay 5 star.
Do use the hotel transfer service from the airport as there is no drop near hotel.
