Der Empfang war sehr herzlich mit Pasteis de Nata und Portwein. Das Zimmer im 4. Stock (extra von mir gewünscht) war nicht sehr groß, auch das Badezimmer nicht. Es hat uns trotzdem gefallen. Es hatte einen kleinen Balkon mit sehr schöner Sicht in die Altstadt. Leider gab es keinen Kleiderschrank, dennoch reichte der Platz in den Regalen unsere Kleidung unterzubringen. Das Bad war gut, besonders die Dusche mit Regendusche war angenehm. Leider geht der Föhn nicht richtig gut und ich habe zum Glück kurze Haare. Übrigens sind die Pflegeprodukte im Bad wirklich sehr gut. Das Frühstück war ganz gut, uns hat besonders die Früchteplatte gefallen. An der Rezeption konnten wir (leider viel Regen) einen großen Schirm leihen. Vielen Dank hierfür. Die Bar des Hotels war Abends für ein letztes Getränk ebenfalls sehr gut und die Preise moderat. Wir würden wiederkommen.

No estamos acostumbrados que al llegar y registrar-te, te ofrezcan una copa de oporto y un pastelito de belem
Desayuno muy completo, jugo de naranja de naranja exprimida, no de botella, café con leche de bar, no de maquina de polvitos
Servicio de recepción un 10
Servicio comedor un 10
Limpieza un 10
Volveré sin duda y lo recomendare

Hotel con muy buena ubicacion, tienes todo los transportes y puntos turisticos muy cerca, zona tranquila. Recepcion y personal de comedor excelente. Habitaciones pequeñas, en la quinta planta no hay ascensor, tienes que subir 15 o 20 escalones, yo iba con una persona mayor y era dificultoso, en la pagina web no lo indican. Es zona peatonal. Y desde donde te deja el transporte hasta el hotel hay 10 o 15 minutos andando con maletas. Habitaciones pequeñas e incomodas, techos muy bajos, llevabamos dos maletas y cabiamos justos.

Das Hotel hat eine top Lage! Vielleicht auf den ersten Blick nicht zu sehen aber wenn man es weiß ist es dann leicht zu finden. Zimmer mit Blick auf die Straße war sehr gut. Der Lärmpegel war sogar angenehm abends/nachts. Haben mit offenem Fenster geschlafen. Service ist erstklassig! Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Zimmer wurde immer sehr gut gereinigt. Würde ich immer empfehlen. Ein kleinen Punktabzug gibts für das Frühstück leider. Für mich keine 15€ wert leider.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Nachts ist es trotzdem erstaunlich leise. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und Service. Unser Zimmer war nicht besonders groß, aber in top Zustand. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon drauf!

This is situated right in the heart of a very active area of Lisbon. Very easy to get to the metro or just food and grocery close by. I walk everywhere and in a not very walkable city this was a choice spot to reside. The staff was SUPER helpful anytime I had a “weird traveler question” even to the point of recommending a GREAT spot for a walk in tattoo.

Lovely hotel in the middle of Lisbon. Friendly reception and very quiet at night - even with the hustle and bustle in the surrounding streets.

Τέλεια τοποθεσία, αψογη εξυπηρέτηση, φιλικό προσωπικό. Στο ιστορικό κέντρο, κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα, δίπλα σε στάση μετρό. Θα ξαναεμενα άνετα σε επόμενο ταξίδι στη Λισαβόνα.

Emplacement, petit-déjeuner, personnel, propreté tout était parfait. Les pastéis et le porto à l'arrivée c'est fort sympa. Et d'avoir remarqué que c'était mon anniversaire et la très gentille attention à cette occasion ça m'a vraiment fait chaud au cœur, merci beaucoup. Si nous revenons à Lisbonne nous séjournerons avec plaisir à nouveau dans cet hôtel.

The hotel is clean, pleasant, and close to everything. The staff was amazing. We were early after three long flights, and they were able to prepare our room that morning, instead of making us wait until after 3:00 pm. I cannot stress enough how thankful we were.

Friendly folks at the front desk, cozy room with comfortable beds on a pedestrian only street. You can't beat the location, everything we wanted to do was walkable from here. So glad we picked this hotel and I'd definitely stay here again!

Tres bon hôtel avec super rapport qualité prix!
Proche du métro , en pleine rue piétonne c est pratique pour sortir dans les alentours (accès au Tage en 5 min)
Chambre avec literie confortable et machine à café

Wonderful stay at the Behotel Lisboa.
The location is perfect, rooms are cosy.
