El hotel está bien, un poco viejo pero está cuidado y limpio, las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas, el servicio en el hotel estuvo muy bien, desayuno variado de buffet.

This place has so much potential but the staff are SO rude - I've actually never known anything like it. The receptionists need to be put on a customer service course. Very snarky. Disappointed as the building and the rooms are lovely. Except our first room had an ant's nest in it. No apology of course - we were to made to feel like an inconvenience for mentioning it. If they had been polite and helpful I would not be writing this review. The porter was really nice that helped us move rooms but the women on reception were extremely rude. The attitude of the staff ruined our experience and upset us; making us feel uncomfortable. Expect eye rolling and sarcastic comments. Not helpful whatsoever. Breakfast staff were much nicer. Cleaner was rude - rolled her eyes and shouted when we asked for water. We even smiled and said goodbye as we left but she gave us dirty looks (simply for asking for water). Not good for 4* / 5* hotel. I deeply regret parting with hundreds of pounds to stay here. I would never stay here again.

L'hôtel offre un environnement calme et de qualité, avec des chambres d'une propreté impeccable et un personnel professionnel et discret. Le petit déjeuner est remarquablement complet, avec un buffet constamment réapprovisionné pour satisfaire tous les goûts. L'accès au spa procure un véritable bien-être après une journée à explorer les rues de Lisbonne. En particulier, Raphaël se distingue par son dévouement envers les clients, toujours attentionné et souriant. Je recommande également la délicieuse sangria au vin blanc du Real Sports Bar, un lieu agréable pour un apéritif en fin de journée. Un grand merci pour cet accueil chaleureux !

Chambre vetuste comme l'hôtel. Jaccuzi sauna en panne, on paie les capsul de café et on demande un tire bouchon on dois payer le service pour qu'on nous l amène en chambre ! Du jamais vu ! Sinon bien placé.
