Best Hotel I've ever stayed in.the service is unbelievable. so helpful and friendly. rooms immaculate and cleaned daily.thank you Miguel and Co for a wonderful stay.they even got me a bottle of champagne for my birthday❤️ no elevator so if you don't like stairs ask for a room on lower level.if I'm ever back in lisbon I'll be staying here.

I love this place, it is indeed a gem. The staff is exceptional, I was sad to leave. The room is very charming and very clean, it’s in a great location and close to lots of restaurants and bars, but still very quiet and dark. I would highly recommend this place!!!

My partner and I stayed here in July for 4 nights - absolute gem of a place. Fantastic location (down a nice quiet street but still bang in the centre), clean room, great air-con and EXCEPTIONAL service from all of the staff. Room cleaned spotless every day whenever we were out and bottle of champagne left for my partner on his birthday. Would not hesitate to come back in a heartbeat.

Wspanialy hotelik blisko centrum :)
Pokoik mialam z corka,dodatkowo antresola.Bardzo czysty,moge powiedziec ze to najczystszy pokoj w jakim do tej pory bylam,a byly i 4 gwiazdkowe.Codziennie sprzatany,codziennie nowe reczniki. W recepcji tak wspaniali ludzie,pomocni,usmiechnieci,zainteresowani goscmi,robia wiecej niz potrzeba,jesli zawitamy ponownie w Lizbonie to wybierzemy tn ze Hotelik.Polecam.????
