Our room was very disappointing. We booked and paid for a superior room and if that was it I wouldn't like to see a basic room. Aircon didn't work, tv didn't work. Room very dated, bare, no character. We asked for tv to be fixed and never got a response from anyone but on our last night (of a 5 day trip) we returned to a working tv - we had asked on day 1!
