This was my third time in Lisbon and I wouldn't stay any other place after having been here the first time. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, always smiling, fabulous breakfast buffet to get your day started and perfect location to walk anywhere from right out your front door.

Lovely place if you’re visiting the city for a couple of nights! In the heart of the Center and I loved how friendly and polite and ready to help the staff was ???????? bravo!! A great thank you to the beloved receptionist Mrs. Isabel Reis!! We will never forget how perfect was your services and your help was with all the informations that a tourist needs to know!! We will definitely visit the hotel soon

Very nice hotel with good service right in the old town. Very good and friendly service. Especially the breakfast was excellent. Perfect for a city trip to explore lisbon

Δεν υπάρχουν λόγια να περιγράψω πόσο τέλεια ήταν όλα! Το προσωπικό απίστευτα εξυπηρετικό σε όλα τα πόστα και ευγενικό! Η καθαριότητα του δωματίου, μας άφησε έκπληκτες! Εκτός απ’ το γεγονός ότι το δωμάτιο έλαμπε κυριολεκτικά όταν μπήκαμε, καθοριζόταν και κάθε μέρα. Το πρωινό τεράστιο και βρίσκεις άπειρες επιλογές ακόμα και αν υπάρχει κάτι που σε δυσκολεύει, όπως εμείς που αντιμετωπίζουμε κάποια αλλεργία σε τροφή. Η ρεσεψιόν γνώριζε για αυτό και μας φρόντισε κατάλληλα καθόλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας.
Το ταξίδι ήταν για να απολαύσω τα γενέθλια μου στο εξωτερικό και το προσωπικό έμαθε για αυτό όταν ζητήσαμε ένα κεράκι για το γλυκό μου. Εκτός απ’ αυτό, μου έκαναν και ένα όμορφο δώρο που δεν μου έχει ξανασυμβεί σε διαμονή μου, ένα μπουκάλι της αρεσκείας μου από το μπαρ του ξενοδοχείου.
Τέλος, να αναφέρω ότι είναι σε πάρα πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, κοντά σε εστιατόρια, χωρίς φασαρία, μια πλατεία στα 2’ περπάτημα απ’ όπου μπορεί κανείς να πάρει λεωφορεία προς όλες τις κατευθύνσεις της πόλης και κοντά σε μετρό.
Μείναμε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένες και αν ξανά επισκεφτούμε τη Λισαβόνα, θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή!
Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και ευχαριστούμε για την υπέροχη διαμονή!

When in Lisbon , stay here as it is at the heart of the city … just next to Rossio square. A beautiful hotel , rooms are spacious, cleanliness is taken care of … at the reception, you will find Isabella (an ever smiling and ever helpful lady ) taking care of all your needs … so is all her other colleagues too… with Isabella , any request is always taken care of at the earliest… she had even helped me plan my day tours very efficiently. The best comfort is the behaviour of all staff is so courteous, that the really make the guest feel very privileged.

We stayed 2 nights here, the location is great to explore the city. Close to Rossio train station - day trip to Sintra. The front desk is super friendly. The breakfast is done well. The room was small, but cozy and clean. Enjoyed my stay.

Pobyt bardzo udany, pyszne śniadania, bogate i wszystko świeże, kawka smaczna, dania restauracyjne również przepyszne i w normalnych cenach, pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane i ładnie urządzone, obsługa przemiła i pomocna, zawsze uśmiechnięta. Lokalizacja hotelu idealna, do stacji metra kilka minut pieszo. Jedyny minus- box ze śniadaniem bardzo ubogi- nie pasuje mi kompletnie do całości :)

Pésimo servicio. No han hecho nada por intentar ayudarme a cambiar fechas, siendo inflexibles ante mi imposibilidad de viajar en las fechas que tenía reservadas. No han contestado a los emails que he mandado.

Wat een fantastische hotel.Alles is zeer schoon.
Ontbijtbuffet is erg uitgebreid,en het restaurant is erg goed.
En ook goed betaalbaar.
Ook erg goed gelegen midden in het oude centrum.
En het personeel is zo attent
We waren 35 jaar getrouwd en er stond champagne koeler met een heerlijke fles erin dat we in de kamer kwamen!!En wat lekkers erbij "pastel de nata"
We komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Fantastico, inmejorable, lo mejor de lo mejor!!!
No encuentro palabras para explicar lo bueno que me pareció este hotel. La ubicacion es inmejorable, en la mejor zona de Lisboa. El desayuno muy bueno y variado, la limpieza impecable, el baño amplio y las camas riquísimas.
Gracias a Isabel Reis y a Eliane Pereira, las "chicas" de recepcion, nuestra estadia en Lisboa fue perfecta. Son magnificas anfitrionas, todo lo saben de su pais ademas de ser cariñosas y muy amables.
Recomiendo a todos los que viajen a Lisboa se alojen en el FLORESCENTE y con seguridad van a querer prolongar su estadia y desear regresar pronto.

Mein Lieblingshotel in Lissabon. Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen, kann man viele Ziele gut zu Fuß erreichen, das quirlige Treiben beobachten und teilnehmen. Haus sehr sauber, Personal extrem nett und zuvorkommend, gute Betten und ruhige Zimmer. Frühstück sehr gut, am Abend kleine Bar. Pool mit Liegeplätzen. Komme immer wieder gerne.

Superior staff. Great!!!breakfast. Smallish rooms but very comfy. Roof top pool. Had a rental car and parked in close by tele park for which the b&b gave us a hotel ticket for unlimited entry and exit. Park vehicle take ticket to check in and they do the rest. They made hop on hop off tickets. We used Hard rock cafe store front sign on right as the sign to enter a narrow side road to parking garage. B&b down the side street 1block and to right to glass door residence entry. Cant say enough about this little boutique stay. ❤

Très bon emplacement : au coeur du centre ville. accès en bus depuis à une place centrale à moins de 5 minutes de la rue de l'hotel.
Super petit déj.
A trois nous avions réservé une grande chambre: elle était agréable, propre, silencieuse; salle de bain de bonne taille.
Pour être la note excellente il manquait juste la vue.
