Huge gap between official photos and reality.
Breakfast is extremely basic, doesn't reflect what Portuguese pastries are.
Service is inexistant despite the number of people dotted in the lobby.

Beautiful hotel, great room and very good central location situated immediately next to a central metro location. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because they couldn't accommodate for an early check in but they still stored my baggage until late night when I came back to the hotel. I didn't like the first room I was assigned on the 2nd floor and right above the restaurant due to the high noise from the street and loud music band they had playing at the restaurant. So the front desk staff were able to immediately relocate me to another room on the opposite end of the hotel on one of the highest floors to take care of the issue. Highly recommend this place based on location and proximity to good restaurants, historical sites and public transportation.

Bon hôtel central et pas trop cher, situé tout près du métro et à proximité du centre. je recommande aussi Lisbonne à pied pour découvrir la ville accompagné d'un guide français.
