Una maravilla, habitaciones limpias y muy bonitas, buena ubicación, el hotel huele fenomenal. Mención especial al personal del hotel, absolutamente encantadores. Volveremos!!!

Too noisy. All night partying… at least ear plugs are provided I guess. Insulation is extremely poor (feels like a window is open), meaning breeze also enters the room.
Interestingly, they offer beers in the fridge but you have to go downstairs for them to open… I found it funny. Card key only worked after a few times trying. Lights in the room not bright enough. Breakfast nice and complimentary pasteis de nata in the hall. Although in love with these pastries, not enough to recommend...

The hotel is being run with care and people at the reception are very nice. The rooms are nice, yet small, other rooms are bigger. BUT sad to say that is is not recommendable: The disco behind the hotel is so loud that one cannot sleep. And when someone uses the toilet, you hear it in the room. After calling the reception, they offered to provide a new room immediately. Very friendly and nice! The new room was on the other side and better. It's not the fault of the hotel but of the city who allows Discos to be so loud until 5am in the morning.

Beautiful boutique hotel well positioned for the centre of Lisbon. Only downside is how close it is to Pink Street (at weekends the music is playing until 6am). They give you earplugs and it wasn’t an issue for us
Le bémol pour moi c’est l’instance de la femme de ménage le 1er jour. Qui voulait faire le ménage alors que j’étais dans la chambre. J’ai demandé à ce qu’elle repasse après mon départ. Mais non elle insistait pour le faire. Surprenant.
