Vincci Baixa Lisbon is a very nice hotel with a great located area for exploring Lisbon. We stayed there during our trip to Lisbon and I can confirm that we did the best choice. The hotel room is very clean and well equipped. I rate this hotel a 8/10. The staff is very professional and always present at the front desk for anything you need. If you are planning to go to Lisbon , i highly recommend this Vincci Baixa you won't be disappointed.

I had a great experience here after I had to leave my other hotel in a hurry. Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping was thorough. Front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Fantastic location near the plaza. Windows are noise-canceling when closed. Only downside is the options on the TV are pretty non-existent.

Cómoda y agradable estancia en Vincci Baixa. La ubicación es inmejorable, a 2 minutos a pie de la Plaza del Comercio y de la Rua Augusta. Destacaría la insonorización de las habitaciones, así como la limpieza. Por último, el desayuno nos sorprendió gratamente!

Hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de Lisboa. De hecho, tienes a escasos metros el puerto. Si quieres ir a los miradores son unos 15-20 minutos andando, lo cual es bastante asumible. En cualquier caso, resulta recomendable tomar un Uber para moverte por esta zona.
Respecto al servicio impecable, todo limpio, ordenado y el personal muy amable. El desayuno con variedad y buen sabor (merece la pena).
Las habitaciones también son muy cómodas y se encuentran en perfectas condiciones.
Muy recomendable si manejas un presupuesto un poco más alto de lo normal.

El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
El restaurante es genial. De lo mejor que encontramos en nuestra estancia en Lisboa. No merece la pena ir a comer a restaurantes turísticos. Aquí te preparan comidas típicas de una gran calidad.
Y hablan español a la perfección, lo que se agradece cuando hay que consultar temas diversos.

Hotel recomendadísimo en calidad/precio. Habitación tamaño medio en Lisboa (aquí tienden a ser más pequeñas) y baño bastante grande en comparación. La limpieza impecable, el wifi funcionó de maravilla y el servicio de bar no lo usamos.
Lo único que a veces pasaban algo tarde a limpiar y si vuelves a mediodía pueden estar allí o no haber pasado aún por tu habitación.

Excelente!!
Me he alojado cuatro noches en este hotel con mi padre y estamos muy felices de haberlo elegido. Lo elegimos por su ubicación y sus maravillosas reseñas.
El hotel es muy bonito y hace honor a sus cuatro estrellas.
La habitación estaba muy bien.
Todo en general estaba bien.
Pero especialmente destacaría el trato del personal de recepción, un diez para ellos. Amabilidad, simpatía y profesionalidad.
Volveremos.

El hotel está bien ubicado, justo en el centro, aun asi tiene varias cosas a arreglar como por ejemplo el calor insoportable que hace en la habitación y eso que he ido en pleno invierno, te has de quitar varias prendas de ropa para dormir si no es insufrible por mucho que bajes la temperatura de la habitacion. El baño está super mal hecho la puerta de este se abre hacia adentro y la ducha no cierra por completo haciendo asi que salga un monton de agua y deje el suelo lleno de esta. Por ultimo el personal del hotel es muy amable pero las señoras de la limpieza han intentado entrar en nuestra habitación hasta 3 veces mientras estabamos yo y mi pareja en ella, aun habiendo el cartel de no entrar afuera, por suerte en todas las ocasiones teniamos puesto el seguro pero esto nos ha interrumpido el sueño en varias ocasiones por no decir que es incomodo y te hace sentir inseguro en tu propia habitación de hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Vincci Baixa! We were only in Lisbon a very short time, but they were very kind and allowed us to drop our bags off early in the morning at the front desk before official check in so we could start exploring. They even kindly gave us a call when our room was ready for check in, and when we got back later in the evening our bags were already waiting for us in the room. The front desk was staffed 24hr which was very helpful, and the room was exactly as pictured, very clean and modern. The location was also excellent, just around the corner from one of the main squares and streets. There was easy access to ATMs and plenty of food options as well. Bur even though it was so well located, the street was still very quiet! It took less than 10 minutes to walk to the metro station to get to/from the airport as well. We were also able to bring our bags down the morning of checkout for them to store since our flight was late afternoon. Overall would stay here again!

Sehr schönes Hotel und die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Allerdings ist es nicht möglich ein Fenster aufzumachen da im Innenhof sehr laute Geräusche Tag und Nacht zu hören sind (Klimaanlagen von anderem Gebäude). Ansonsten gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
