Booked a room for the wrong night accidently. I intended to stay with them the same night I was booking but somehow the date ended up being 2 weeks in the future. I contacted the property right away and management refused to cancel the reservation for the future date. Just poor service. If this is the type of service someone can expect as representative of the property, it doesn't reflect well on how they treat their guests.

Quaint and clean hotel with beautiful rooms! Breakfast room and patio were lovely ???? the location was good……nice quiet neighborhood and walking distance to a few restaurants but a bus ride to most shopping and historic areas.

So cute , loved everything about it. Would def come back again ! Felt totally safe as a solo traveler.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, super freundliches Personal und das Frühstück war vollkommen ok! Die Lage ist außerhalb vom Stadtkern. Aber es ist alles gut zu erreichen und um das Hotel herum gibt es trotzdem schöne Sachen, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind, wie zB der botanische Garten, der Hafen oder die LX Factory
Salle à manger également très bien décorée et très originale avec des balançoires et un petit déjeuner qui ne manquait de rien; vraiment excellent.
Pas loin du centre de conférence (10-15 min à pied) et pas loin du centre.
Acceuil chaleureux et bienveillant par Davi, Anna et leurs collègues. Un grand merci à cet équipe formidable !! Très bel experience; j'y retournerai certainement.
