Great location with amazing views but above all the people working there go beyond to help, I have interacted with 3 different persons responsible for the reception and they were all exceptional, showing me directions, recommending things and just beyond kind and great to chat, big big difference comparing to most hostels now... Keep on the great service!

This is Lisbon is a very special place. You instantly feel at home, the staff is very welcoming and always so friendly and helpful and it’s easy to get in touch with other travelers. My room was a bit dark unfortunately but apart from that everything was well organized. The location is also very nice and I loved the view from the terrace. I would love to come back one day.

The staff was very helpful and kind, the hostel is clean and offers everything you might need for a short stay. The location is very good although it does involve some stairs which wasn't a problem for us.

The big plus of this hostel is location - very nice terrace with a view on the city, near everything - and the friendly staff. The hostel is a little bit older, shared bathroom had a little problem with cleanliness.

Super expérience dans ce petit hostel convivial, dans un lieu complètement pittoresque de Lisbonne! Vue panoramique somptueuse!

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. It is generally pretty clean, but beware the men’s bathroom stalls don’t have locks on them. The patio has a very great view and the location is a 5 minute walk from all the main squares in Lisboa, but still very quiet away from all the chaos of the city. Definitely not a party hostel.

Bardzo miły hostel mający w swojej ofercie także pokój dla 2 osób z samodzielną łazienką. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa, dzięki której panuje tam przyjemna atmosfera. W dodatku hostel udostępnia spory taras z pięknym widokiem na panoramę Lizbony. Jeśli chodzi o lokalizację, żeby zajść do najważniejszych miejsc, wystarczy kilka minut spaceru. W pobliżu znajduje się także ogólnodostępna winda oraz dobrze wyposażony sklep. Miejsce z pewnością godne polecenia na wyjazd dla pary.

Reservé alojamiento en éste Hostel para el comienzo de mi Camino de Santiago Portugués en bicicleta. Lo elegí porque podía dejar la bici en su gran terraza. Me alojé en una habitación compartida con varias literas. Bajo ellas unos cajones con llave (a mi me tocó uno con la cerradura reventada). Cocina limpia, baños aceptables. Café y te gratis. Para dormir una noche está bien, para mas noches me lo pensaría. Las chicas que lo atienden son muy amables.

It was one of the best hostels I've ever been to - because of the warm hearted staff! They've been amazing! The hostel has one of the best views, breakfast for 3 Euros (including an egg which will be prepared extra for you), and you'll always have someone talking to. I loved my stay here!

Lovely hostel! Location was really good in the old centre of Alfama. Hostel had a really nice terrace with beautiful view over Lisbon. We stayed in the 4-bedroom dorm, which was perfectly spacious, and comfy beds. The people who worked at the hostel were really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!!!

Perfect for one night. Solo traveler. Room overlooked all the rooftops in Lisbon and I was not disappointed! You can walk everywhere from here. Immediate distance from food, shopping, and sites. The only thing is the beds don't have curtains so there is minimal privacy. Rooms and bathrooms were super clean. I would stay again. Sebastian was amazing upon checkin! Very helpful, very kind.

I have been several times in ThisIs Lisbon Hostel and I know that I will go back to this place when I want to be in the center of Lisbon. I enjoy the beautiful terrasse, the kindness of the team, the rooms that are quiet and clean. Thanks a lot and see you soon !

This is a great hostel to socialise. The outdoor area with an overview of Lisbon is beautiful, and the hostel is in the heart of everything. I met some very nice people whilst here.
The room I was in had no view but was clean and spacious, the lockers were a little awkward as they were drawers under the beds which meant if someone is sleeping, you wake them, accessing your things.
The bathrooms are gender separate with no locks on the showers or toilets, which felt slightly strange but I had no issues and felt safe.
The kitchen is very small but equipped with everything you need and they have essentials to buy if you are out such as, milk, juice etc.
staff are all super friendly and helpful, mega informative and understanding. The price is great for the location and would definitely recommend.

Ho trovato questo ostello camminando per le vie della città, così ho deciso di entrarci e subito Sara con grand accoglienza mi ha fatto sentire a casa. Ho soggiornato qui 3 notti e qualsiasi richiesta avessi Sara e gli altri host mi hanno sempre messa a mio agio.
La vista è qualcosa di indescrivibile, la posizione è comodissima per la metro e anche se si vuole stare nei dintorni del barrio di alfama che ho apprezzato tantissimo. Grazie mille ancora per il vostro servizio super cozy ???????? a presto, un abbraccio a Sara

Hostel très sympa dans un bel édifice, avec une terrasse offrant une vue magnifique sur la Graça (et pas que !). Très bien placé, petit-déjeuner compris et copieux, accueil très sympathique. On peut y faire la cuisine aussi. En somme, un bon plan pour découvrir ou redécouvrir la belle Lisbonne !

Une auberge de jeunesse nouvelle génération (avec aussi des chambres) très conviviale. Super terrasse pour profiter de Lisbonne et même la possibilité de cuisiner. Je recommande carrément pour vivre la capitale portugaise différemment !!!
