Izgleda kao palača, lokacija je odlicna. Ima lijepu blagovaonicu sa pogledom na cijeli grad.

Worst place in whole Lisbon, stay away if you can!!! We were here for a school trip and weren‘t expecting much but sleeping here was a nightmare. Toilets and showers were public on each floor, but you were lucky when your toilet was working/not stinking to the point of vomiting. Showers resembled the ones used in prison and were dirty too. Hot water was not working ether.
One guy from the reception was extremely rude and visited our room each time some small noise was to be heard.
The rooms were small and the beds were from the last century and squeaked and shaked with every move, so if you got up in the morning, the whole room was awakened.
The only positive point is the location, the main public transport station could be reached within 5-10 Minutes.
I would rate it 0/10 if i could, do yourself a favor and stay away

Worst hostel ever. The staff is rude und bad. The rooms are really dirty und the beds fall apart easily. The bathrooms are even worse, you were lucky if there was a toilet that was working. The showers are dirty and not hot water. The location is actually good but that’s it. In conclusion, this is the worst hostel you could possible stay. I would rate it 0/10.

The Hotel has a great location, in the middle of the downtown, most accommodations are nearby (metro, buses, lime ... ) , Pink avenue is a few meters away.
The building is lovely, well decorated and clean. There is a living room, kitchen , terrace and a garden ...

But I give 3 stars, because the service wasn't great, the personnel should be more lovely and welcoming with guests, they should understand that most of us choose this kind of hostel to meet other people !!!
The price in my opinion is a bit much.
The breakfast is CATASTROPHIC ! the milk doesn't taste like milk, and neither did the coffee!!!

I took an upper bed, and I have literally suffered climbing to it each time! So if you have some alcohol in your blood , be careful.

Not counting the noisy neighborhood (parties and clubs ... ).

Another thing, why do you guys close the Trace at 20h00 ? It's super early in summer !!
