Muy bien ubicado, en plaza de los Restauradores. Habitación muy cómoda, con desayuno buffet en el 1er piso y también en la terraza con piscina. Buena red de transporte público en la zona. Lo recomiendo

Sin duda volvería a alojarme en este hotel y lo recomendaré a todo aquel que visite la ciudad. Céntrico: cerca de los barrios más turísticos (alfama, chiado ...), cerca de la estación de Rossio, paradas de metro y bus que te facilitan la movilidad por la ciudad, cerca de las principales plazas de donde salen los buses turísticos y los operadores de excursiones, tiendas, comercios, restauración ...
Habitaciones tipo apartamento, con su propia cocina (al completo, con nevera, microondas, lavavajillas ....), dos habitaciones independientes, baño completo. Como cortesía te facilitan albornoces y zapatillas, agua y cápsulas de café.
El buffet del desayuno muy completo. En días de mucha concurrencia abren el espacio de la terraza para desayunar con unas vistas magníficas de la ciudad.

Ubicación perfecta. Cerca de los barrios más populares. Al lado de l estación de Rossio, parada de metros y autobuses que te facilita desplazarte. Habitación extragrande, con cocina dos habitaciones independientes, albornoz, zapatillas, agua y capsulas de cafe d cortesia. Desayuno tipo bufet muy completo.

We stayed at VIP Eden during our March visit to Portugal. Overall, this hotel is ehh.
Pros
Very clean, quiet, Great room space and suites, Located next to the bus, train, and easy for Uber to get to
Great breakfast with eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, meats, cereals, breads, pastries, coffee and juices, Staff is very nice
Awesome rooftop bar
Cons
Room is hot and musty, no AC, the hallway was cooler than the room. It was only 50 outside. Maybe a solid 78 in the room. dollar store shower curtain that sticks to you while you take a shower. Very very strong perfume small throughout the hotel. I think they put scent on the carpet when cleaning.
If you have allergies or migraines, this is not the place for you. Everyone was sneezing in the hotel and complaining of the powerful smell.
I would not stay again due to the lack of comfort given their prices.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Extremely centrally located with a great view from the terrace onto Lisbon. Unfortunately the room was not great to say the least. We had an apartment on the third floor. The street was very loud, the room all in all was in a bad state with damages all over the place. The air blower and microwave (which worked but was damaged) looked like they were older than us. The room is in desperate need of complete renovation. The breakfast was ok but is served on the first floor in a dark and cramped room which feels claustrophobic. The reception told us we could also have breakfast on the terrace but the staff there sent us away without explanation. The next days (after talking to the reception staff again) we had breakfast on the terrace which was nice. If you just care about location and just need a place to sleep I would recommend the hotel, otherwise I would look somewhere else.

The room has all you need for a good stay in Lisbon and it is exceptionally clean. Excellent location. The best part is the amazing staff. They are all so helpful and incredibly kind. They helped us to have an incredible stay in Lisbon. Thank you very much ????

Very helpful and friendly staff both the Front Desk and at the Terrace. The Terrace on the roof is Amazing!! Great location steps from Restradores Metro. The room was quite large by EU standards. There is a shortage of outlets to keep phones and electronics charged (we had to unplug the night stand lamps to charge phones). Nice kitchenette, fridge, hot pot, toaster, etc.. Comfortable bed, good enough WiFi. There was an "in room safe". The room was a bit dated but very clean and a wonderful value.

Angenehmes Hotel mit sehr guter und zentraler Lage. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt von Lissabon. Die Einrichtung wirkt zum Teil etwas älter, im Gesamten fühlt man sich aber wohl. Besonders beeindruckend ist auch die Dachterrasse, die einen perfekten Blick auf die Stadt mit ihrem Hafen liefert.
