We went to this agency because we saw very good comments on the internet and the truth is that it was a success. Thao and his team gave us a warm welcome. They organized a tour for us through Sapa, Hanoi, Ninh Binh and Phong Nha since our demands were rural and nature tourism. Thao gave us very good support from WhatsApp and was always attentive to us and our comforts. We were unlucky with the weather one day in Phong Nha and she changed our flight, hotel, etc. I wish every time I travel for tourism I had a travel agent like her. I highly recommend your agency and your team. Thanks a lot and a huge hug to everyone there.

Did a morning bike tour with these people last week, it was great fun and included a phô lunch at the end. You need to be a skilled and confident rider though- the traffic and roads can be tricky.

Super leuke en informatieve fietstocht. Goed Engels-sprekende gidsen die je op plekjes in Hanoi brachten waar je zonder nooit zou zijn gekomen. Bedankt!

We hebben de Sa Pa trekking geboekt via Friends Travel. Wat een bijzondere ervaring! We hebben een 2-daagse trekking gedaan met een overnachting in een homestay. Onze gids May Pham heeft ons super goed begeleid en veel interessante verhalen verteld. Zeker een aanrader!
