El hotel es un palacete muy bonito y las habitaciones están muy bien y el baño también, la atención del personal correcta y el desayuno lo mejor del hotel.
Cuando llegamos de noche nos asustamos al ver el estado de la calle y la verdad es que no me gustó no estuviera informado en su web para poder decidir si era importante o no.
A la mañana siguiente hablé con él director del hotel y no puedo nada más que agradecerle su disposición en solucionar lo que se escapa a su gestión.
Nos ofreció cambiar de hotel o upgrade.
El personal super amable
El desyuno estupendo.

Shoutout to Roland at the front desk, he is probably the best hotel staff I have ever encountered and I travel all over the world constantly. He should be the manager he’s phenomenal.
Fred Nespresso pods for the rooms and the water/tea in lobby is great. This isn’t a 5 star hotel but parts of it that could be. The spa area downstairs with the 24 hour sauna (hottest one I’ve been in) is amazing. Quiet and relaxing, and very little use. Like a private area.
Overall would stay here in a heartbeat again. For the value $ I don’t think you can beat this place and it’s got very comfy beds as well.
