Unser Aufenthalt im Matild Palace war nichts weniger als spektakulär! Vom Moment unserer Ankunft an wurden wir mit einer außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft empfangen, die unseren gesamten Besuch hindurch beständig war. Die Eleganz des Hotels ist atemberaubend, eine perfekte Vermischung aus historischem Charme und modernem Luxus, die in jedem Detail zum Ausdruck kommt.

Unser Zimmer war eine Oase der Ruhe, mit atemberaubendem Design und allem erdenklichen Komfort. Eines der schönsten Badezimmer die ich je gesehen habe (inkl. Fußbodenheizung) mit acqua di parma Produkten

Die Lage des Palastes ist ideal, zentral gelegen und doch eine ruhige Zuflucht vor der Hektik der Stadt. Es war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Schönheit und Geschichte der Umgebung zu erkunden.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Matild Palace eine unvergessliche Erfahrung. Es steht außer Frage, dass dieses Hotel eine Klasse für sich ist, und wir freuen uns darauf, bald wiederzukommen. Herzlichen Dank an Ali Can und das gesamte Team für einen wahrhaft königlichen Aufenthalt!

Luxury at its best in Hungary. The Spago restaurant and bar are amazing. The roof terrace is THE best in town. Parking is difficult, but otherwise fine

Amazing hotel with amazing bathrooms. The lighting in our hotel room was a challenge to decipher, but we figured that out as well.

It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The location is very good, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, I recommend having breakfast, it is worth it. The people are very friendly and cordial. I didn't find a fault

Excellent location, luxury hotel

Ne için Buda-Peşte de bulunduğunuzun bir önemi yok. Her isteğinize ulaşabileceğiniz bir merkezdesiniz. Matild Palace sizi hayata entegre ediyor. Otelde keyifle bir gün geçirebileceğinizden emin olabilirsiniz. Bu nedenle otele bir gün ayırmayı unutmayın. Terasta geceye güzel bir başlangıç yapabilirisiniz. Çalışanların her biri görevlerini, sizin işlerinizi kolaylaştıracak şekilde yönetiyor. Her biri keyifle yardımcı oluyor. Otele adım attığınız andan itibaren, karşılama ekibiyle 5 yıldız alaka başlıyor. Çalışanların şehir bilgi desteğine güvenebilirsiniz. Türkçeyi kullanmak konusunda zorluk yaşamazsınız. Kütüphanesine göz atın ve Banyonun tadını çıkartın. Zamanınız keyifli olsun.

Good hotel and the service can be better

Az előtér fehér, aranyszínű kombinációja nagyon attraktív. Tetőterasz panorámája látványos. A szalon a régi idők hangulatát idézik.

This is a gorgeous hotel located in a fabulous location. The rooms have been fully renovated with the most gorgeous finishings. Definitely worthy of its five star rating for the esthetics. However the service is definitely not five star. The management needs to take better attention to their service people. The housekeeping staff seems to arbitrarily provide amenities -- for two days, we didn't get new shampoo or conditioner when ours were clearly out. The turndown service didn't come to our room one night to replenish water so we had to ask. It was completely bizarre for a five star property. The best service was from Tibor at the bell desk. He was really top notch and I'm sorry that I missed him this morning when we left to tip him well. Spago restaurant was also high end service and excellent care! The manager there, as well as the wait staff, and even the bartender, were excellent. Very much miss the days of phenomenal management with the Starwood properties as they would keep things to a very high standard for service. This property still has a ways to go!

Also please do not recommend the taxi driver who picked us up from the Matild at 4am this morning - he decided he was going to add his own arbitrary tip to the fare -- quite devious and terrible that this was recommended pick to from a five star hotel. He seemed to know the overnight bell attendant...11500 fare became 15000 HUF - the guy was a CROOK and seemed to know your staff...
