פשוט חלום. הילדים עפו על המלון. כמו סיפור מהאגדות. 2 קומות בחדר אחד. סלון גדול. ארוחת בוקר חובה להזמין. שתבינו זאת ארוחת בוקר של מסעדה שעומדים אלה בתור המונים מכל האזור. מושלם

The location is excellent when it comes to seeing Budapest but beacuse there are a lot of restaurants and bars it is a bit noise at night especially on weekends

Fantastic hotel in very central location, near restaurants. Excellent service, best Ive experienced. Looking forward to returning!

A mixed experience is perhaps the best summary. Upon arrival, the room was very hot and the ac didn't seem to work. Staff tried their very best to fix but we ended up in a different room for night which was slightly cooler. 2nd night was even worse. And it appeared that the ac was unfixable... staff helped us canceling for the night and rebooked us into hotel down the block. Too bad, cos the places is stunning. The interior garden is beautiful and drinks and breakfast are very good. If ac worked, it would get 5 stars..
First of all, in the "suites", the steel stairs are very loud both inside and outside the room. So when your neighbor tumbles down the stairs at 4am to go to the bathroom, you definitely hear them.
Then it should be noted that the fridge only works when a keycard is inserted... Which is not how fridges work! The beverages are always lukewarm. Who thought of this? This is such a terrible idea.
Then there is the general maintenance, from questionable stains on the insanely uncomfortable sofa, to several slightly broken or severely worn out fixtures in the bathroom.
So yeah, this hotel does look pretty good on pictures but functionally it really isn't that great.
