Great location, pretty hotel, friendly staff, rooms are small even with an upgrade, but expected in a city. Location is great.

A really wonderful Hotel, fantastic location, close to the Opera house and Basilica. The Hotel lobby is a lovely relaxing space, the hotel staff are all very friendly, receptionists are helpful, the breakfast area in the morning is great, with a decent range of wonderful food on offer.
The decoration throughout the hotel is beautiful, the architectural features and balconies are lovely too.
The room was lovely, the bed was firm, the rain shower worked well.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Hotel Moments Budapest! Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, nur wenige Schritte von einigen der besten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt entfernt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, und die Zimmer waren geräumig, modern und makellos sauber. Die Betten waren unglaublich bequem und sorgten für eine erholsame Nachtruhe nach einem langen Tag voller Erkundungen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war köstlich und bot eine große Auswahl an Speisen für jeden Geschmack. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in Budapest im Hotel Moments!

Uncomfortable bed. A basic item like a kettle in the room wasn't provided: odd for a hotel. Limited vegan or non dairy options at breakfast. I'm intolerant to dairy and there wasn't even a milk alternative. Gluten free bread was available in terms of dietary requirements: not appropriate for me but nice to see it readily available. My breakfast ended up being fruit, black coffee and a plain roll with a side of jam. Staff and service were excellent. Clean room and hotel overall ????
