Simply perfect

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Donau, fußläufig erreicht man das Burgviertel und die Kettenbrücke. Vieles anderes ist mit der direkt vor der Straße fahrenden Straßenbahn erreichbar.
Die Zimmer sind super. Es gibt einen großen Fernseher mit Apps und Ambient-Beleuchtung. Auch sonst ist die Beleuchtung sehr hübsch. Es gibt auch WLAN.
Highlight sind die großen Panoramafenster. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker mit einer guten Auswahl.

I would say in terms of location & view thats good hotel. But not real 4* (3* id say)

Any bottle of water in the room is paid. Breakfast is ok. Staff is friendly.
My rating is lowest ‘cause we agreed about early checkin with reception by phone - they said nothing about additional charge- i asked specifically about that. Upon arrival (12:15) reception requested fee for that (+23% additionally to room cost) - then i explained that we agreed before and i was never requested any additional fee - they said ok welcome ro checkin.
Upon check out another reception worker still charged us that 23% early checkin fee which I don’t believe is fair play.
Don’t recommend this hotel ‘cause of that situation.
Owner was friendly and we had good talk about situation but still I have to pay this extra that is why my opinion on this place is 1*

Great central location with view of the river and parliament. Breakfast and service very good.

Dobre situovany hotel s peknym vyhladom na parlament a most. Mensia ale pekna recepcia, k dispozicii mensi vytah a schody. Vedla miestnost pre ranajky - dostatocny vyber, pripavia aj volske oko, prazenicu, omeletu. Vyborna kava. Velmi prijemny mily personal. Velke priestranne ciste izby s moznostou pristelky. Kupelna postacujuca s mensou vanou a zastenou na sprchovanie, pekne velke umyvadlo s odkladacim miestom a velkym zrkadlom, zväcsujuce zrkadlo, fen. Na izbe flase s vodou, caj, kava, rychlovarna kanvica. Velke postele, televizia, posedenie pri peknom vyhlade cez velke okna. Moznost vyberu osvetlenia kazdej casti izby. V tomto zimnom case trochu chladnejsie izby, aj ked sme prikurovali. Do centra na namestie, napr. pocas adventu k stankom cez most cca 10-15min.. Metro vzdialene len 7min.cesty od hotela. Mensia garaz pre 3 vozidla 20€/noc. Radi sa vratime, vyborna poloha hotela, perfektna atmosfera. Dakujeme.
