Tourist trap.

The restaurant was a complete disappointment. The tables were sticky, and the service was very slow. The taste of the hamburger meat was not good at all, and the potatoes were dry, probably because they were fried and then put in the oven with cheddar cheese on top. Sadly, I have to say, think twice before going again. The service and quality were very poor for the price. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was dull, and I also had concerns about hygiene. Therefore, I recommend that those who, like me, prefer quality food, do not visit this place

Esperienza molto positiva. La mia ragazza ed io eravamo affamati e stanchi dopo aver camminato tutta la mattina. Siamo stati accolti con un sorriso caloroso da Kristian, che è stato disponibile e gentile per la durata di tutto il pranzo. Abbiamo provato il goulash e un hamburger di carne frollata, entrambi veramente ottimi. Accompagnava del pane chiaramente fatto in casa. L'ambiente è arredato con molto gusto e viene al tavolo troverete anche un libricino molto interessante che racconta della storia della famiglia che ha aperto questo ed altri locali nella città. Assolutamente consigliato.

This restaurant has an excellent service and environment. Krisztian was our waiter and he’s the kindness waiter I’ve ever met. His recommendations were delicious. The place is great. They have several drinks options, healthy and street food. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a long weekend and had an amazing time at Baltazar. The food & coffee is great. Krisztian was our waiter and he was so friendly and lovely, as well as all of the other staff in the hotel & restaurant. The location is so peaceful & beautiful. We would definitely come back here next time we visit Budapest!

Most of the food is precooked, you cannot get something simple like grilled vegetables.

Food came out cold.
They forget parts of our order (fries, drink)
And even after we told them, they forget once again...
Best part is the fact that we received one of our drinks after we allready eaten and went to pay inside.
And we went inside to pay after we asked 2 times for check and being ignored for more than 10 minutes.
Not recommended.
