Food was very good, but the best thing was that Peter gave us an EXCELLENT service. We had been having struggle with the service in budapest, but peter was amazing!!!! As well as the wine pairing , white wine “maison aux pois” remains in my heart

Det er den bedste madoplevelse jeg/vi har haft udenfor København.
Fantastisk mad/vin/serverings - oplevelse, alt sad lige i “skabet”, de er bare så professionelle .
Costes skal have 2 Michelin ????ellers får de dem herfra.

Fine Michelin star restaurant, great service and very beautiful and decorated dishes.
Despite the techniques and the appearance of the dishes I’ve expected the food to be tastier, most of the dishes were fine in taste not something special.
Also I’ve ordered pescatarian meal and while my friends ate foie gras and steak I was served lentils and lettuce steak, I’ve expected little bit more unique ingredients for the price I’ve paid for that experience.

For example, I merely sneezed and a waiter ran to me with a full box of tissues. Similarly, my wife asked for still water but was later incorrectly given sparkling. We didn’t really care, but a waitress was watching so closely that she came over to replace my wife’s glass with still as soon as she noticed the error. Their sense of awareness is just amazing!
Not only was the food excellent, but the alcohol pairing was perfect. You could tell they did their homework to get the perfect pairing for each dish. What an experience!
I simply could not recommend Costes enough. I hope so much for the opportunity to done here again in the future.
