Nagyon finomakat ettünk és a kiszolgálással is maximálisan meg voltunk elégedve. Szuperül éreztük magunkat, csak ajánlani tudom.

Az étterem hét keretében voltunk. Kiváló hely. Rendkívül ízletesek, frissek, minőségiek az ételek. A tintahalas cézársaláta az egyik legfinomabb előétel volt, amit valaha ettem. Csípős, ízletes, fokhagymás, friss és laktató. Az alga saláta is nagyon finom volt. A tonkatsu tálban a hús lágy és omlós volt, jól illett hozzá a többi íz. Az édes-savanyú csirke lótusz gyökérrel szintén teli találat volt. A ráadásként felszolgàlt amuse-bouche is nagyszerű volt, sokféle íz és textúra egy kis falatban. Mindkét desszertet megkóstoltuk, a fekete szezám brûlé egészen rendkívüli volt. Kellemesek a fények, a hangulat, előzékeny és kiváló a kiszolgálás, csak ajánlani tudom.

Visited Costes Izakaya for dinner last night and was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance of the place was inviting with a modern twist on traditional Japanese décor, setting the stage for a unique culinary journey. The appetizers were a highlight, particularly the seaweed salad that was a symphony of flavors with its green apple, sweet corn, and a zesty soy-sesame sauce – a refreshing beginning that primed the palate for more.

The Tonkatsu bowl was a standout among the main courses. The pork was perfectly breaded and fried, creating a delightful texture, and the wasabi mayonnaise added just the right amount of heat. It was accompanied by tonkatsu sauce that was rich and flavorful, complementing the pork excellently.

The Korean BBQ beef rib crown was well worth the additional charge, with its succulent meat falling off the bone and a spicy teriyaki sauce that was a bold testament to the fusion of flavors.

Desserts ended the meal on a high note, with the black sesame brûlée providing an intriguing, nutty twist to a classic dessert. Service was attentive and informative, enhancing the overall experience.

I left Costes Izakaya feeling satisfied and excited to return. For those looking for an inventive take on Japanese cuisine with high-quality ingredients and a charming atmosphere, this is a must-visit spot. A solid 5-star experience!
