Einfache, sehr sauberes Studio, sehr freundliche Inhaber. Wir können nichts negatives beschreiben. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön

Οικογενειακή πανσιόν με φιλικό περιβάλλον

Mycket trevligt, gästvänligt och prisvärt. Enkelt att parkera hyrbilen längs in på tomten. Bara några minuters promenad till stranden. Perfekt pool för barnen. Funkade jättebra att åka in till Chania på kvällarna. Rymliga och rena rum. Tyvärr serveras ingen frukost men det ligger ett bageri i närheten så det var inga problem alls. Bäst av allt, mrs Antonia. Vi åker säkert dit igen.

Blisko plaża, pokoje czyste, Pani sprząta codziennie. Spokojna okolica, polecam :)

Molto pulito e fornito di ogni comodità.

It's difficult to get a good sleep, or a good shower. It's cheap, the location is good, the garden is beautiful, cleanliness is also fine.
- Matress is extremely hard, metal springs covered by thin fabric.
- Sudden changes in water pressure and temperature. Goes from very hot to cold and vice versa in seconds. Can stay cold for 5 minutes when neighbor uses shower, very frustrating.
- Shower curtain not long enough, water goes everywhere.
- Very old and loud on/off style air conditioning. Host turns it off during the day, room heats up a lot (no thermal insulation on the roof). I asked the cleaning lady and they promised they leave it on 28C, but they turned it off anyway.
- Very old cabinet for the clothes, not painted or laminated inside, strong unpleasant old smell. No shelves, only hangers.
- Very noisy fridge (45dB, that's the only usual thing in this price range)
- No fabric patch on the chair legs, it's very loud when the neighbor drags it on the floor (at night..)
- The curtain does not properly block the light, it should be much wider, and closer to the windows. It gets bright early in the morning in the room.
- Old single layer window on the bathroom, old bathroom door, you can hear the neighbors talking on the terrace at night. (if it's your terrace then you'll smell the neighbor's toilet....)
- The room is cleaned every day, however dirty towel placed on the floor was picked up and folded back on top of clean ones.
- Amenities not replaced (shampoo)
- When I complained and wanted to leave they said I can, but they will keep the full amount... What a service...
+ Apart from the squeeky noises the soundroofing between the rooms is fine, you cannot hear the neighbors talking.
+ Garden is beautiful, very well maintained, pool is also good, parking possible within the property.
+ Very clean all around
