Seit über 10 Jahren besuche ich Rethymnon. Ohne Probleme bekam ich auf meinen Wunsch meine Speisen diesmal vegan serviert. So freundliche Leute, mit Mühe mir etwas besonderes zaubern zu wollen. Und es schmeckte alles fantastisch. Wie immer. Wie schon in den Jahren zuvor. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Really nice restaurant with friendly staff with a lovely view. Food is fresh and refreshing… ask the waiter/waitress for what is fresh for the day to get the best.

The "Taverna Plateia" was an absolute delight! The breathtaking view of the sea truly made our experience unforgettable. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, adding to the pleasant atmosphere.

The grilled squid was a highlight of our meal. Tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned - it was simply delicious! And the best part was the reasonable prices for the food. We felt well taken care of without breaking our budget.

We can't wait to come back and enjoy more of the delicious cuisine and spectacular views at "Taverna Plateia." A definite recommendation for anyone looking for an unforgettable culinary experience!

One of a run of restaurants with tables overlooking the sea. We had sardines, chicken souvlaki, beers and the house wine. All very good, and the view is spectacular.

Het uitzicht op de zee is geweldig maar de bediening stukken minder.
De vriendelijkheid was veel minder dan we gewend zijn in Rethymnon, er kan amper een lachje vanaf.
Het hoofdgerecht wordt op tafel gezet terwijl we nog niet klaar zijn met het voorgerecht.
Het eten is niet duur. Maar we hadden geen stokbrood vooraf besteld maar werd op tafel gezet en achteraf ook op de rekening.
Dan toch liever naar een gezellig en goed restaurant, en die zijn er meer dan genoeg in Rethymnon.
