We rent our bikes here and they gived us a wonderful riding trip, the working staffs here are very nice people and had been very patient helping us, no matter the information consult or the renting process. The bike condition is good and if you want to rent a bike in Kissamos, it'll be a very good choice.

Wypożyczaliśmy rowery na cały dzień, koszt 11 euro za rower. Zrobiliśmy sobie trasę naokoło zatoki Kissamos i pojechaliśmy w górę Gramvoussa w stronę Balos Beach. Bardzo fajna wyprawa, po drodze gaje oliwne, sklepik z lokalnymi produktami, no i fantastyczne widoki. Firma kompetentna, płaci się od razu, bez kaucji, godna polecenia.

Nous avons eu la possibilité d'avoir une croisière privée durant toute l'après-midi entre Balos et Gramvousa.

Ho prenotato tramite Balos Travel l'escursione in barca a Balos con isola di Gramvousa, Irina e tutto lo staff è stato molto gentile e professionale. Ho optato per l'orario delle 12.50 scelta ottimale per trovare meno persone sull'isola di Gramvousa. A BAlos c'era il.mondo ma c è spazio per tutti.. Giudizio positivo sull'organizzazione e sul viaggio in barca.

I warmly recommend Balos Travel services. We rented bikes and bought cruise tickets to Balos. Smart and easy booking through their website, communications via emails, phone and whatsapp. Round the clock support for the bycicles: we had small issues like a flat tier, Yiannis came and fixed it promptly. Eleni and Yiannis do their best to help and are wonderful people. Thanks!

We have booked the tour from the harbour of Falassarna. Harris picked us up from the hotel and we are laughing and talking. He is also the captain of the ship and his son helps him. All is familiar and this guys make the trip wonderful. At the end people count and therefore I can just say book that trip with that guys they make really a big difference and last but not least. Harris son brings us back and we have to laugh endles ????Efachristo poliiiiiiu

Terrible experience.
The ticket is sold like you're going to Balos beach but instead you only stay in the water and never get to go to the beach... The trip takes more than an hour to get there and another to come back, not to say you stay in a boat full of people with no space and no comfortable seats.
Very sad to say it was a wasted day looking at people who were feeling the same.

Przez problemy firmy przewozowej rejs nie odbył się w całości (nie było cumowania na Balos) Na szczęście Balos Travel po zgłoszeniu zajęli się całą sprawą i dzięki nim otrzymałem zwrot całych pieniędzy. Świetna firma! Troska i stały kontakt z klientem!

Service impeccable, horaire respecté, prix sur le bateau pour manger correct, portion petite.
Toilettes propres, pas d'espace pour se changer à bord.
Prévoyez en monnaie, 1€/pers pour la taxe environnement.
Pensez à demander le tarif étudiant si nécessaire, 5€ de réduction.
Il faut y aller quand il fait beau, sinon ça ne vaut pas vraiment le coup. Nous y sommes allés avec un temps mitigé, quand il a plu, on ne peut s'abriter nulle part.

Magnifique journée. Bateau blindé, venir un peu à l’avance si souhait de s’asseoir. Organisation carrée, à l’heure. Ne soyez pas étonnés si le bateau s’arrête à Balos avant l’île de gramvoussa, c’est pour éviter de croiser d’autres bateaux.. le lieu est splendide, la vue depuis la forteresse de l’île est incroyable, 350 marches à gravir mais qui vaut le détour !

Les personnes à là boutiques sont très sympathiques. On a loué 2 VTT non électriques (9€/jour/vélo) pour aller à Balos sans la voiture.
Vélos et casques de bonne qualité. On recommande cette agence et le côté un peu original pour aller explorer ce magnifique endroit !

Wir haben zwei Fahrräder für zwei Tage gebucht um nach Balos und Falassara beach zu fahren. Diese Entscheidung ist die beste für unsere Reise. Wetter war auch sehr schön und die zwei Tage waren unsere Highlights mit den Fährrädern. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und wir haben Helme und Schloss bekommen. Auf den Räder steht auch ein Notfallnummer und wir wurden gesagt bei Plattreifen wird er mit einem pickup truck zu uns kommen. Nach Balos war ein bisschen anstrengend über den Berg zu fahren auf schlechter Strasse und bei großer Steigungen haben wir die Räder geschoben statt fahren. Traumhafte beach hat sich aber total gelohnt. Am zweiten Tag wollten wir die Kette ölen bevor wir losfahren und es wurde sofort für uns gemacht von den zwei netten Herren. Falassara beach ist ganz toll mit viel Felsen und Becken. Dafür muss man auch über einen Berg fahren. Das Wetter war nicht windig aber sonnig. Deswegen es war traumhaft schön. Es wird in meiner Errinerung lange bleiben, wie wir bei Morgendämmerung durch die noch schlafende Stadt und Hafen dann durch die Olivenplantage und danach nach oben an vielen Ziegen vorbei nach Balos gefahren waren. Und auch an dem nächsten Tag mittags bei etwa starker Aprilsonne zuerst nah an der Küste mit viele Blüte an der Strassenseite und dann nach oben an einem Wagen von Michproduktverkäufer vorbei, der mit Lautsprecher überall fährt und versucht zu verkaufen und wir dann durch Olivenplantage nach oben geschoben dann über dem Berg nach unten geschoben haben. An der Küste von Norden wo die Antik hafen ist bis Big Beach sind wir geradelt und gebadet. Leider haben wir nur zwei tage Rad gemietet und am zweiten Tag zu spät losgefahren. Wir haben eine Weile nach oben geschoben entlang der Landstrasse , noch ein bisschen weiter als wo die Villas stehen. Es ist etwas mühsam aber die Langestrecke nach unten sogar bis zum Hafen ist sehr sehr cool. Da muss man kaum treten.
