Do NOT book here. We booked and paid for this place over 2 months before the trip. When we arrived they rudely told us we need to find another hotel because they overbooked. We were left homeless in Chania for a few hours until Expedia could find us another hotel. This place is a total scam.

Got an email the morning of our flight that our card was in error (even though they don't charge anything on the card until check in) and that our room is no longer available, not giving us an option at all to try another card. We called to get more information, but were told to not call and only email.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! ήσυχο, γραφικό σοκάκι , δίπλα από το παλιό λιμάνι των Χανίων και με πάρκινγκ στα 200μ. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες καθαρό και άνετο.Ο κος Μιχάλης φανταστικός οικοδεσπότης, φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός πάντα πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει και με πολύ ωραίες προτάσεις. Να τον ακούσετε και να δοκιμάσετε τη βόλτα στη Θέρισσο και μετά για λαχταριστό αντικριστό στο Λεβεντογιάννη! Αν βρεθείτε στα Χανιά αξίζει σίγουρα να διανυκτερεύσετε!

Purtroppo si è vittime di una truffa, giocata abilmente sul fatto che esistono due sedi. Ve ne è una nella vecchia città e serve come specchietto per le allodole. Si viene invece dirottati in un altra che, al contrario di quanto descritto, è a ben 14 km dal mare e che ovviamente non è quella indicato sulla mappa e nemmeno è identificabile nelle foto. Vi si arriva con una strada impervia di giorno e non praticabile di notte. Tre stanzette su tre livelli collegati da scale a chiocciola che non consentono nemmeno il passaggio di una valigia media. Il tutto in condizioni igieniche da non abitabilità. Il bagno, comune per le due stanze al secondo livello, è senza finestre, gli scarichi non funzionano, ed una vistosa perdita sotto il wc è otturato addirittura con un asciugamano arrotolato. Non c'è un phon e nemmeno il cambio asciugamani. Per fare colazione, il primo bar è a ben 11,5 km di strada di montagna. Non sperate nemmeno sia una soluzione "economica" : il tugurio viene venduto, a camera, a 100 euro circa al giorno. Attenzione quindi a cosa vi viene assegnato.
