Worst experience ever in an hotel (more than 30 countries visited).
Agressive receptionist, awful habitation (ground floor, noisy and dirty).
When we « dare » to mention that it’s not acceptable, pitiful reaction from the staff (yelling at us, calling us liar etc.) when it should be excused and customer service.
To sum up, this hotel is nothing you want when you are in holidays.

Those pictures were taken as soon as we entered the room, each picture were taken with iPhone with precise date and hour (so no mistake possible).
As soon as we were finally not clients of our hotel, then, we kindly ask you to erase all our personal datas.
The treat that you mention obviously prove that you didn’t do it.

We reminded Booking.com of this point, they did reach you about this and will contact you again.

3 מיטות שהיה יחסית גדול.
