Un grand merci au propriétaire, nous avons passé un excellent moment dans son établissement, toujours serviable et sympathique, il nous a donné de nombreux bons conseils sur les activités que nous voulions faire ainsi que sur les restaurants. L'appartement était toujours très propre et joli. L'emplacement est juste parfait pour visiter la ville.
Je vous conseille vraiment ce lieu si vous voulez passer quelques jours sur La Canée !

Ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης,
Ο Αλέξανδρος ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι πολύ φιλικός και ευχάριστος άνθρωπος,
Μας υποδέχτηκε με ένα χαμόγελο και μας ενημέρωσε για τα πάντα στο νησί,
Από το που θα πάμε για μπάνιο μέχρι και που θα φάμε καλά και φθηνά.
Υπέροχη η φιλοξενία και από τα υπόλοιπα μέλη της οικογένειας που εργάζονται και αυτά στο ξενοδοχείο.
Πολύ καθαρό το δωμάτιο και το καθαρίζουν καθημερινά.
Αλέξανδρε σε ευχαριστούμε για την κρητική φιλοξενία.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! ALEX THE OWNER IS CRAZY!
Travelers be aware! Alex the owner of Kasteli is a crazy man who will be going to jail for assaulting me with a baseball bat. Like a cowered Alex and a younger man came up a block or two to assault me after a verbal argument about a bathroom. This guy not only initially spoke to me in a very rude way when we asked politely if we can use the bathroom but then proceeded to verbally offend me and my cousin. We then left the to go find a bathroom somewhere else. When then I had to pass his establishment in order to get back to my car, he saw me and continued to be verbally aggressive. after the second altercation I reached my car a block or two up the street where then he and the young man followed me. Without any warning they swung a bat at my head and luckily, I blocked it with my arm (I was very fortunate not to have a broken arm). After the altercation a few people came up to me and asked if I was ok and then the police came. He tried to lie to the police but there were witnesses there to tell them what really happened.
After talking to the police, they mentioned that they knew the guy and had problems with him before. The police mentioned that he has also had problems with his neighbors and is an unstable guy who takes medication to be stable.
This guy and his business is not a place I hope people support. Violence is never the answer when it comes to a verbal argument over a bathroom. It could have been handled a different way but he choice to chase me down and attack me.

We had a nice apartment with a large bedroom, separate kitchen and bath. Outside we could sit in the yard, a wonderful place with lots of plants, miraculously silent in the center of Chania. Our host was very helpful, we got good advice on everything we asked. Also recommendations of very good restaurants, not more expensive, but better. The location is ideal in the center of the old town of Chania. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back if we come to Chania again.

Mitten in den old town, dennoch ruhig, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Very clean and Alex is very nice host

Alex is one of the best Host we ever had. Perfect location in Chania - super central and still not too noisy in the hotel. Rooms are very clean.
Public Parking situation is difficult.
