Ich kam aus dem Staunen nicht heraus, als ich gegen einen Obolus dringend zur Toilette musste und dieses zauberhafte Kleinod mitten in der Altstadt von Chania betreten habe. Zum einen hat mich die Freundlichkeit der Rezeptionistin begeistert, und der kleine Innenhof war wunderschön und sehr romantisch. Wenn wir noch einmal in Chania sind, dann werden wir hier übernachten.

We stayed for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, the location fantastic, spa treatments (we went for clay facials) wonderful, breakfast plentiful and delicious, and the service incredibly kind and attentive. Margarita, the owner, gave us great local recommendations and, finding out that we love ceramics, sent us to the local ceramicist whose ceramics you see at the hotel. The stay at Casa D and the visit to the house and studio of the artist will be one of our most memorable and wonderful experiences ever (high bar as we travel a lot). Thank you, Margarita and the entire Casa D team. We hope to be back.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Casa Delfino and it was brilliant. The location is excellent, the amenities are top notch and the service was friendly and professional. All the staff were great but a special mention to Chrissy who was so helpful and warm. My wife and I both wished we could have stayed longer but we have no doubts that we will be back to visit! Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you can!

We didn’t stay here but still enjoyed the great hospitality of Casa Delfino, especially from Evaggelia at the gift shop! It was also nice to have a sunset drink at their rooftop.

A gem! Chrissy was a super star, she helped us plan a trip to balos, gave us towels and an umbrella, booked restaurants for us etc.. amazing service! Margarita was keeping an eye on everyone as well, and made sure we had a great reservation with a nice surprise at the Pallas restaurant. The breakfast was delicious too. Would definitely go again! A note on parking: the public parking is super busy, so make sure to ask Casa Delfino about their private parking :)

This place I will visit again, clean everything, staff all are great, temperature of rooms are cool no matter how hot and humid is out side. Bed super comfortable

I recently had a wonderful 7 night stay at Casa Delfino. The customer service at this hotel was exceptional.There isn't anything the staff can't help you with including an urgent trip to a local dentist.The breakfast is plentiful with a majority of homemade and baked items.The courtyard where you eat is quite serene and enables you privacy or the opportunity to meet other guests. You will find Margarita the hotels Director wandering around most mornings. She ensures your stay is successful and offers any island guidance you may need. I found her to be extremely kind, welcoming and engaging. We also used the spa services. The massage was excellent along with a relaxing environment. The rooms of the hotel are spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable and rooms are tided each day. You would not want to miss a stay here. Should I ever return to this glorious island I would surely stay at this hotel again. Thank you Margarita and team. You will be missed and never forgotten!

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Amazing service. Everyone is so polite and professional. Read some of the bad reviews to see why this place was not 5 stars all around. One dude literally didn't even stay here. Only made a phone call and was salty. The other is complaining about windows and TV...seriously? Great location, good breakfast. Definitely will come back and I havent even left yet. Tons of history in this building. If you can't appreciate it your loss.

We just left today. Oh my goodness this is the cutest most amazing hotel. The staff here are SOO genuine and friendly and helpful . I loved our little reserved breakfast table outside our room in the courtyard area. Perfect location ! Walking distance to everything.

Chrissy and the rest of the staff set a tone of friendly warmth which immediately endeared them to my whole family. Their small kindnesses of quietly bringing a water out for me when I was sitting in the courtyard writing and the gift of a birthday cake will be memories forever long after the recollections of sumptuous linens and delicious breakfasts fade. Thank you for making our visit to Crete so wonderful!
