Nous avons mangé la meilleure nourriture de Crète dans ce restaurant charmant et sous-estimé. La nourriture était incroyable, mais c'est le service qui a rendu ce moment si spécial pour nous. Nous avons tellement aimé notre dîner que nous y sommes retournés le lendemain et n'avons pas été déçus. Merci de nous avoir offert un niveau de service élevé et une cuisine des plus délicieuses.

Je n'ai commandé que des boissons. Café très savoureux. Grand choix de chocolats chauds, de thés et de milkshakes. Personnel très sympathique. Très propre et bien rangé. Les tables sont à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Très belle vue sur le port vénitien.

Un restaurant avec un excellent service. Bien meilleur que les restaurants habituels de cette ville. J'aurais aimé un peu plus de variété dans le menu, mais ce qui est disponible, ils l'ont perfectionné. Excellent service, nourriture savoureuse, bonne ambiance, vue magnifique.

19h30 nous nous asseyons à la table près de l'entrée pour prendre un café, au bout de 20 minutes le serveur sort, prend la table de devant, nous regarde, ne nous dit pas bonjour, rentre, un autre quart d'heure passe et nous partons.
En sortant, nous nous regardons
il est à son comptoir et regarde quelque part.
Je pense qu'à cause des jours, même s'il était très fatigué, il pouvait au moins dire bonjour et nous faire savoir s'ils servaient ou non.

L'un des meilleurs endroits/restaurants où j'ai été à La Canée ! Excellent service, très accueillant et attentif. Le personnel sait comment faire son travail, il donne d'excellentes recommandations et est là pour vous chaque fois que vous en avez besoin. La carte des menus offre un bon choix de plats grecs différents, ils utilisent des produits locaux et frais que vous pouvez sentir. Dans l'ensemble, il ne s'agit pas des plats typiquement touristiques que l'on trouve habituellement dans le port. Les plats sont bien pensés et bien cuisinés. Leur carte des vins est également très bonne ! Les prix sont corrects ! Je donnerais 10 étoiles à cet endroit si c'était possible ! De plus, l'ambiance est élégante et confortable ! Donnez-lui un essai et vous serez heureux de votre décision ! !! ????

Les chaises sont super confortables, tout est propre et il y a des boissons super délicieuses (cafés et smoothies). En plus, les serveurs sont super sympas !
Je ne peux rien dire sur la nourriture, car nous n'avons fait que boire.

Did stay in the hotel also. Was very happy we decided to stay on the quieter side of the harbor and ate at the hotel restaurant. Food and drinks recommendations were received and accepted. Everything was excellent from the steak, the potatoes, local salad to the limoncelo to tie it all up neatly.

Went in for a couple of drinks early afternoon and waited over 25 minutes before they showed up. We were hold we were not top priority, but the location was virtually empty. Only poor service we had on Crete.

Great Food and Service.
The prices for the food and drinks are absolutely moderate.

I didn’t stay at the hotel but I had a very lovely breakfast. They offer a nice buffet and the view outside is beautiful in the morning. The staffs was also extremely nice and attentive.

Great beef and amazing salad. Generous portions, good price. Was surprised so few people ate there at the time we arrived but oh well better for us, had a quiet and lazy meal with an amazing view not blocked by crowds!

Not sure why is was so empty when we went there on a lazy Sunday afternoon (all the other places mext door were bursting at the seams) - perhaps it’s the ‘HOTEL’ part of the name, maybe people think it’s not a restaurant or just for hotel guests. Well it’s not! And the prices are very decent (we struggled to find a good spot in the port where so many tourists arrive). So this place exceeded all our expectationa! We had some amazing beef and salad with prosciutto, the ingredients were fresh, the sauces super fitting and we had an overall great meal.
