super friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are really nice (basically tiny flats) and the bar/pool area is very relaxing. and some very cute cats live here

Actually i didn't go and stay there but i can see it from our terrace. I can see their pool and bar and this year they have visitors ....quite nice place i think...

Prachtig gelegen hotel met een mooie uitstraling. Het hele hotel is rijk met bloeiende planten en bloemen en geeft een hele fijne sfeer. Ontbijt is mogelijk, dineren helaas niet. ( aan de overzijde van de straat is een taverne beheerd door familie van het hotel, erg raadzaam). Maria en Katrina doen hun uiterste best om je verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken. Er wordt iedere dag schoongemaakt ( mits je lang uitslaapt) en evt euvels netjes verholpen. Enige wat iets minder is, is de op leeftijd rakende douche cabine.
Zeer fijn hotel met hartelijk personeel.

Such a beautiful hidden gem of a hotel we was stuck in a horrible hotel by tui and I booked this after finding it on booking and it completely saved our holiday the rooms are spacious and modern the pool area is kept nice and clean with plenty of sun beds around the pool run by lovely people and no to much distance away from.bars and restraunts for evenings out.

Struttura costituita da apparthotel quindi stanze indipendenti con angolo cottura e balcone. Molto carine e pulite a Gouves un posto tranquillo lontano dalla vita mondana ma strategico per raggiungere in pochi minuti località più turistiche. Il personale è molto carino e cordiale e consiglio almeno una volta di fare la colazione nel patio davanti la piscina. La piscina è curata e ben tenuta e dopo una giornata di mare è l'ideale. Chiude alle 21 e questo è fondamentale per la quiete del residence. Tappa obbligata è il ristorante difronte la struttura della Signora Stella si chiama Ativoli. Si mangia la vera cucina greca a ottimi prezzi ed è ottima. Per chi vuole visitare Creta e la cultura micenea ma evitare la folla di gente questo posto è l'ideale. Inoltre vicino a Gouves ci sono tantissime spiagge meno conosciute ma altrettanto belle come le più famose. Le spiagge sono tutte attrezzate di ombrellone e lettini ma soprattutto della possibilità di fare la doccia fondamentale perché l'acqua è molto salata.Tappa obbligatoria per chi visita Creta sono il museo archeologico ad Heraklion ed il palazzo di Cnosso. Quest'ultimo da visitare in prima mattina (apre alle 8) sia per evitare file interminabili sia per il caldo anche se ci sono diverse zone d'ombra.

This is a very relaxing place, tucked away from the busy tourist spots. It has a great pool and comfortable rooms. The cherry on top is the service, the lady who runs it is so friendly and helpful, she made the stay excellent.

In agosto ho trascorso 7 bellissimi giorni in questa struttura.
Giardini curatissimi e molto belli, camera confortevole e totalmente indipendente, servizio bar, buona colazione, la piscina privata ed una menzione alla sempre attenta e gentile disponibilità dello staff.

Really nice, clean and comfortable.
Staff are friendly and helpful, we ended up here for a few nights when our original hotel had problems with our room.
We would definitely stay here when we visit again

Very nice territory, a lot of green plants. Quite. Super friendly service. Nice breakfast. Big clean rooms. Cozy patio in each apartment. No mosquito nets.

Acceuil de Maria est très satisfaisant...Maria est disponible et très a l écoute l hotel est très propre et au calme ...le petit déjeuner est copieux....dommage qu il ne soit pas plus proche de la mer...un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel...merci Maria
