Nous avons été très bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée par le réceptionniste. Nous avons également été accompagné pour l’organisation d’excursions (knossos, lasithi plateau, west crete, cretaquarium).
De plus, la chambre était propre et très belle avec jacuzzi qui a été nettoyé à nouveau dès que nous avons demandé (petit bémol pour la fuite que nous avions eu de nos toilettes),
Le restaurant était très bon, le petit déjeuner également (petit buffet).
Néanmoins, il y aurait quelques axes d’amélioration qui permettraient d’améliorer le séjour : donner une feuille explicative des l’arrivée avec horaires des repas, suppléments, règles, excursions possibles. Également proposer davantage de services : badminton, mini golf ou autre.
Nous remercions toute l’équipe d’avoir rendu notre séjour unique au sein de l’hôtel Malena !

The room was very clean with every day housekeeping , we had everything we needed even tablets for mosquitoes. The man at the reception called Babis was so kind smiley from the very first time and during our stay, his service was outstanding and he was checking on us every time he had the chance to see if we are fine if we need an extra heater in case the air conditioning wasn’t enough at night which I found it very thoughtful of him.
In the morning we had a girl called Aria at the reception and she was so friendly smiley as well and she even suggested us a few places to visit.
I m so happy with this place /service / hospitality/location / parking etc where I find myself to write this review down when is only my second day and didn’t leave yet . Haha
I m so pleased I chose this place but more because we now know we have friends and for sure we will visit them again .
