Superb hotel however there were some misses that cannot be ignored like the reception attitude, the soundproofing of the rooms and the lack of note to request dental kit. Worth mentioning are the gym facility, the delicious breakfast with many many options that u need a week to discover, the room cleaning, the smart lights, the comfortable mattress, and the absolutely brilliant location that made my work so much easier. I would choose it again <3

Ganz klare Empfehlung. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr ausgiebig.
Einen winzigen Abzug gibt es beim Zimmer, da die Dusche nicht so gut ist. Leider keine Abtrennung, weshalb man aufpassen muss, dass die ganze Bude nicht Unterwasser steht.
Aber sonst wirklich super.

Very good Hotel in the heart of Heraklion

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν τέλειο. Το προσωπικο πολύ φιλικό. Η καθαριότητα πέρα απο καθε συγκριση!!! ???????? όλα ειναι δίπλα και εχει κ παρκινγκ απ' εξω!! Και το πρωινό άψογο!

Καλαίσθητο ξενοδοχείο, δωμάτιο καθαρό, με όλες τις απαιτούμενες παροχές. Τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά πας παντού με τα πόδια. Το προσωπικό είχε διάθεση να σε εξυπηρετήσει και το πρωινό πλούσιο με πολλές επιλογές σε αλμυρά, γλυκά και ροφήματα.

Hôtel très bien situé. Très propre et agréable. Belles chambres avec balcon. Très belle sdb. Petit déjeuner buffet avec une multitude de choix. Personnel au top. Bar et snacking sur place . Plein de restaurants de tous genres très proches et pour toutes les bourses. Quartier piétonnier à proximité ainsi que commerces.

The hotel is located in the city center of Heraklion and has a valet parking for 8euros a day right in front of it! The staff was very nice and offer an early breakfast at 4:30am before my excursion to the Samaria Gorge. The room was simple but noisy as we were right in front of the elevator. Good for a short stay.

Great hotel! We absolutely loved our stay. A tiny little walk to the centre, perfect location. Rooms are lovely ???? well worth the money.

I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience at the Dom Boutique Hotel in Crete, Greece, where my friend and her husband stayed just two months ago. Their decision to book a stay at this hotel was based on online reviews and its supposedly convenient location in Ierapetra, Crete. However, from the moment they arrived, their expectations were shattered.

Upon entering their room, they were immediately hit by an unpleasant odor that permeated the air. Hoping that it was a temporary issue, they decided to spend the night. Unfortunately, the stench persisted, making their stay unbearable. They made the difficult decision to check out the next morning, only to realize later that they had left a power adapter in the room.

What followed was a series of frustrating attempts to retrieve the forgotten item. Multiple calls were made to the front desk, each met with either no response or vague promises of assistance. Feeling increasingly exasperated, my friend sacrificed a day of sightseeing to visit the hotel in person. Regrettably, the encounter with the front desk staff was nothing short of a nightmare. The receptionist displayed a shockingly poor attitude, blaming a departing colleague for the lack of cooperation and asking my friend to return the following morning.

This ongoing saga required my friend to make not one, not two, but three separate trips to the hotel, even involving the police at one point. It was only through the intervention of the authorities that they were finally able to retrieve their power adapter from the same room they had stayed in. It's utterly disheartening to reflect on the fact that such a trivial matter consumed a significant portion of our sightseeing time, casting a dark cloud over our entire trip.

In conclusion, the Dom Boutique Hotel in Crete has proven to be a colossal disappointment. From the initial foul-smelling room to the shockingly unprofessional behavior of the staff, our stay was marred by a series of unfortunate events that tainted what was meant to be a memorable vacation. I hope that sharing this experience will serve as a cautionary tale for others considering a stay at this establishment. It's clear that the Dom Boutique Hotel has a long way to go in terms of service quality and guest satisfaction.

Υπεροχο ξενοδοχειο, στο κεντρο του Ηρακλειου, εξυπηρετικο προσωπικο, αψογο δωματιο και με πολυ καλο μπουφε πρωινου! Στα πολυ θετικα, παρκινγκ ακριβως απεναντι με special τιμες για τους πελατες του Dom!

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ακριβώς στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου. Το προσωπικό ήταν αρκετά καλό, τα δωμάτια καθαρά αλλά αρκετά μικρά. Το πρωινό δεν ήταν πολύ πλούσιο αλλά είχε φοβερα καλιτσουνια. Στα συν το πάρκινγκ που είναι ακριβώς απέναντι και σου κάνουν έκπτωση λόγο ότι μένεις στο ξενοδοχείο

Cet hotel a ouvert en juin 2019. Il est très bien situé à Heraklion.
Notre chambre était belle et vaste. Très design. Très propre. Le petit déjeuner était merveilleux.
Je recommande vivement . Nous avons payé 50 euros la nuit et franchement je ne sais pas s'il va rester à ce tarif là.
La personne à l'accueil est très sympathique et nous a rendu service en imprimant nos ebillet d'avions.
Rien à redire sur l'hotel. c'était parfait.
