Mikado Natural Lodge was everything we wanted for my wife and I`s latest Costa Rican trip. Everything is top notch, Lolo is a very attentive and great host who makes sure everything is right! Will certainly return in the future when we are in Guanacaste!

Desde el mismo instante de hacer la reservación podíamos intuir qué mikado sería un lugar especial.
Lolo una anfitriona excepcional, atenta, profesional nos hizo nuestra estancia en su pedazo de paraíso “inolvidable”. Si buscas algo normal … no te acerques. Si eres de las personas que valoran la excelencia, este es tu sitio. Es importante acceder con un coche adecuado y asegurarse antes de la ruta correcta, así todo será perfecto. (Lo habitual en Costa Rica )

Volveríamos a Costa Rica para regresar a Mikado Natural Lodge, sin dudarlo

We loved our stay at Mikado Lodge! It is an incredible property in the middle of the jungle. The room and deck were lovely as you feel like you are in the tree canopy with the sounds of howler monkeys, cicadas, and views of deer and so many species of birds. Bring your binoculars! We enjoyed the pool time, the little trail on site, and the troup of monkeys that came swinging through the trees through in the morning. Aside from the beauty of the nature, everything is just so polished and well-taken care of. It is clear that a lot of thought and time has gone into the design and care of this boutique hotel. The owner, Lolo, was a gracious and accommodating host. She whipped up some delicious meals and was so sweet with our one year old. Playa Avellana is close by so you can go from jungle to beach in about 15 minutes! We would definitely stay there again.

Tolle Unterkunft mit einer sehr sympathischen Wirtin. Sehr bequeme Betten. Die Häuser sind gemütlich. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Zum Strand fährt man mit dem Auto 10-20 Minuten über einen Feldweg.
