Absolutely loved our stay at Yaxa. From the moment we walked in, Lisa and Luca made us feel like family. The communal area is gorgeous and was perfect for both finding a spot in which to get some work done as well as having a drink and getting to know the other awesome guests. Breakfast and coffee were excellent! The rooms are well attended to and kept very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the shower pressure is great! We had a little private patio outside our room that kept it feeling very private. Walking around was very easy with restaurants, shops, and the beach all within a few minutes. I highly recommend staying at Yaxa if you’re in Nosara, it’s a beautiful little boutique hotel managed by the loveliest, most welcoming people.

Yaxa is amazing. We absolutely loved our time at Luca and Lisa’s boutique hotel. The moment we arrived we instantly felt like family. Luca is from Italy and Lisa is from France so naturally they both are amazing chefs. We arrived on a Sunday night not knowing that several restaurants are closed on Sunday nights and Lisa and Luca were excited to cook for us and made us an amazing 3 course meal that was easily one of the best meals we had here in Nosara. Breakfast is included with your stay and again they do not disappoint. One morning Lisa whipped up a homemade pesto to put into a French omelette and served it up with a warm French baguette. So simple yet INCREDIBLE.

The rooms are very private, clean and comfortable each with their own outdoor patio space. The bar/common area is a beautiful space to hang out, do some work, or meet some great people! If you’re looking for an amazing place to stay in Nosara…Yaxa is what you’ve been looking for.
