Had a great stay in San Bosco last fall. It's located in the city center and you can walk everywhere. The breakfast was really good and the gentleman who served us greeted us every morning and can even remember our room number after the 1st day. The highlight of the trip was the fantastic job from Helberth who helped us going through flight cancellation then hours later for rescheduling (all happens in sudden on the departure date). The girls at the front desk and Andrew were very helpful too. The only drawback was the air conditioning who stopped working after a thunderstorm that we had no choice buy move to a smaller room... But I understood it's not the hotel's fault and Helberth already did his best for troubleshooting... We will definitely be back next time.

I thought this was the cutest little hotel! The rooms were basic but overall the property was beautiful. It felt super safe, gated at night, and in a great location. Walking distance to anything you might need.

Excellent location, breakfast. Comfortable bed. Quiet AC and fan.

No fridge.

Wifi is unstable from my room. Almost unusable.

The clothes hanging closet is in the bathroom, almost impossible to use with its door open: impossible to hang wet clothes and hope it would dry.

Update: I forgot my glasses. When I came back 2 days later for it, the front desk didn't find it. Later, someone found it. The hotel then mailed it to my home. Whoever handled the shipping went beyond regular courtesy, went to the post office multiple times inquiring price and speed, packed my glasses safely. I received it a month later. Many thanks!

Super great location with incredible restaurants all around. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff was super helpful. For the price you can't really beat it. Breakfast included and a pass to the hot springs. My only wish is that the jacuzzi was actually warm. Instead it's like a pool.
