FINCA LUNA NUEVA LODGE

Il primo impatto con la Costa Rica!
Bellissimo eco lodge immerso nella foresta. La "casita deluxe" dove ho soggiornato era molto grande con panoramiche finestre su tre lati della stanza per un visuale da film sulla vegetazione circostante. Riservatezza totale. Aria condizionata, pale, grande bagno con doccia enorme. Fantastica amaca sulla quale rilassarsi e godersi i colori e i suoni incredibili della foresta. Ci sono vari percorsi già tracciati nella foresta che si possono eseguire in tutta sicurezza senza necessità di una guida. È presente un yoga pavillion dove praticare da soli o durante le lezioni giornaliere. Ristorante molto caratteristico ma direi mediocre. Piscina. Orto biologico, bees farm...
Ho soggiornato in agosto, qualche pioggia sporadica e nessuna zanzara dato che in Costa Rica è inverno!
Consigliato. Per me due giorni sono stati sufficienti per riprendermi dal lungo viaggio, rilassarmi e avere voglia di ripartire alla scoperta di questo fantastico paese.

Finca Luna Nueva is a wonderful place with very comfortable rooms and bungalows and a great pool, but also very close to nature. Recommend visiting the Children's Eternal Forest which was one of the highlights of our adventure in Costa Rica.

Lovely grounds, very nice bar / pool area and very helpful staff. Rooms ok. Restaurant is a bit of a disappointment, especially as there are not a lot of other good dinner options nearby.

It is honestly difficult to put into words how magical our stay at Finca Luna Nueva Lodge was for our family. My husband and I visited Finca Luna Nueva 15 years ago and have been telling our children about it for years...and we finally had the opportunity to bring them to see it first-hand. They were as in-love with the farm and the experience as we had been 15 years ago! The property itself is beautiful, overflowing with gorgeous flowers and trees. Everywhere you look is like a postcard. The family bungalows are perfect for a group with two separate bedrooms for parents and the kids. The AC and ceiling fans provide a lovely breeze and keep things comfortable. The pool is divine with clear, cool water and a little waterfall on one end. One of our favorite memories was floating in the pool and looking up into an overhanging tree to watch a sloth have a snack! The restaurant was divine -- delicious meals made with fresh ingredients from the farm! What could be better. The beer selection and cocktails were on-point as well. But perhaps the best part of Finca Luna Nueva is the people...every staff member we met was warm, welcoming, kind, and passionate about the farm. We LOVED our farm tour and chocolate tour with Roy -- he was wonderful with our kids and so knowledgeable! And funny! We also loved getting to know Danny and Egenia. And don't forget to book a massage with Kinga! She is amazing. This trip truly was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and we are so grateful to Finca for serving as such a beautiful memory maker for our family.
