We, family of 4, just stayed there for 3 nights. We were very happy with the resort. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable & the included breakfast was above par. What we enjoyed the most was the location & amenities. The hot springs within the resort make it all worth it & there's lots of local restaurants within a five minute drive.

Beautiful and big property. Thermal and pools areas featured several option, from almost provides Jacuzzi pools, thermal wet bar to a couple of slides, one quite fast. Open restaurant with great food. Rooms are big, clean and confortable, great AC and mini fridge. Some activities on property like zip line, horse riding. Don’t miss the Volcano view point. 2.5 Km uphill, but you can drive or use the hotel shuttle. We will definitely come back.

La vista impresionante !! Piscinas divertidimas para los peques de la casa y relajantes hermosisimas para los adultos !!... la recepcion fue super amable y los tours superaron nuestras espectativas !!

The staffing was friendly and efficient coupled with the sound of water falling and the jungle and flowers bountiful in beauty. The sounds of the jungle lulled us into repose upon the relaxing love seats and the bar with stools in the welcoming water. They had the best margaritas. The food, excellent along with excellent service. Highly recommend this volcano area. You will not be disappointed.

The only issue we had was the shuttle bus careening at top speed in front of our room. It was noisy and a unsafe feeling to walk down the hill. What happened if he did not see one of the many children or us walking by a curve in road??
