Just did the day package of ziplining and use of mineral pools. It was excellent value. Extremely well run, the guides were fun, and we even got up close to a sloth on one of the lines !! Spent the afternoon soaking in all the pools, super nice views of the mountain. Free use of lockers and excellent bathroom and changing facilities.

The hotel was beautiful with views of the Volcano and an amazing pool! My kids had a blast here and we would definitely stay again.

We visited for the day - we made it in time for breakfast (so good, buffet style, everything you could want), walked on the property (beautiful and a bit of “wildlife,” went zip lining (Don, Alonzo, and Diego were so fun and it was exhilarating and safe), and finished the afternoon at the pools (luxurious, lots of space, tons of temp options, clean and safe grounds). I can’t say enough good things.

Un lugar que puedo recomendar a cualquier persona sin temor .Sencillamente precioso con el mejor servicio y atención esmerada de parte de todos sus colaboradores. Con un paisaje natural que lo engalana el majestuoso Volcán Arenal.
